With the realization that the American Empire is living it’s last days, surely OUR thoughts as Canadians must be directed towards a long term plan, one to buttress OUR sovereignty [ by cutting ALL ties with the USA! ], to take full control of OUR economy and finances, to strive for a better level of USEFUL / Reagan free education, to guarantee universal healthcare for every citizen, and engaged in business creation [ not job creation? ]!!! A financial meltdown WILL happen in the States!!! If the contagion is limited to American territory, Canada can survive by becoming prepared!!! If the US banks go down because they are holding too much MBS debt, this could take the European banks down too!!! Western countries will be hard hit as their banks are privately owned! OUR Bank of Canada is unique, it is owned by 35 million Canadians, and OUR banks are not allowed to hold products like MBS inside the Country!!! China, Russia and Asia will not be much affected by the USA crash??? They have their own banks and currencies, and are moving away from using the US dollar, as their reserve currency??? The sale of real estate has remained constant in North America over the years!!! If 5% of the houses in any subdivision change hands every year, it will not affect the price! Once house sales reach 10%, the price of every home in the subdivision will decrease!!! 15%, worse still, and so on!!! This was totally overlooked by the Bushies!!! By selling a whole bunch of mortgages to people who were bad credit risks, just to create tranches / MBS in quantity, during 2002 to 2007, has in a sense, destroyed the America Empire IN HE END!!!!!! There wasn’t any empathy in 2002, nor is there any now??? Back then, in getting MBS to market, the next hurdle these so called Mortgage Backed Certificates faced was their rating!!! In rushed the Credit Rating Agencies, Standard + Poor’s, Moody’s, and the London based Fitch Group, to stamp AAA on this shit. These agencies were paid by Wall St., FOR THAT AAA RATING!!! And these agencies are ARMS OF THE USA GOVERNMENT!!! These agencies are still being paid to put AAA on shit!!! Thus Washington sanctioned the sale of this MBS shit, then and now!!! So Bush, Congress, the FED, the Treasury, Rating Agencies, Wall St., and the Nazi media were ALL IN ON THE TAKE!!! When the Sub Prime mortgages began to fail as they were WONT-TO-DO, the foreclosed homes were put onto the market by the financial wizards who firmly believe they would get more money back than the actual value of the mortgages??? But if you dump a large amount of product on the market all at the same time the price GOES DOWN!!! Daaaaaaaaaaaaa??? Not only did this flood of foreclosed homes cause prices to drop, but they affected whole neighbourhoods, where the owners were paid up to date on their mortgages or owned their houses outright!!! This gathering storm was quite clear to ME in 2006!!! Half million dollar homes lost 50% of their value overnight!!! Millions of Americans were wiped out by this greedy, cockamamy scheme??? I was in disbelief that the Nazi media denied that anything was happening, as they are denying NOW??? There was a reason!!! The insiders were cashing out, and by paying the Nazi media off, to remain silent, meant the little people were the ones who would take the hit!!! In 2006 we were discussing the coming crash at Steve Harper’s Fascist / Catholic Party Riding meetings in Belleville!!! No attention was paid by Bush / Washington, to the millions of Americans who were being thrown out onto the streets!!! These serfs were just cannon fodder!!! In fact, in 2007, the Steeters were still selling MBS to unsuspecting investors, when the storm clouds were clearly visible on the horizon??? Many people lost everything they had, because they were unaware of the coming collapse, which was covered up by the paid Nazi media!!! When this Ponzi scheme began to unravel, banks, including those in the USA, found that their bundles of MBS, had NO VALUE. All of these banks were in reality bankrupt, and still are!!! In 2008, they could not fulfill their cash obligations!!! Hank Paulson, Georgie’s Treasury Secretary panicked!!! The world’s banking system did not have enough cash to operate!!! Wall Street had stolen the money!!! The Streeters were too smart by half!!! Remember, only 25% of the mortgages in the USA had gone bad! But by mixing the tranches up, each bundle, relating to a so called mortgage backed Certificate, was partially toxic!!! Only the original packers of the tranches knew what mortgages were involved??? The toxicity could have been 10% / 20% / 30% / 40% / 50%!!! The Streeters had no way of determining what certificates were good and which ones were bad??? So all the MBS were deemed toxic, from a 25% mortgage meltdown, Bush / Paulson turned it into a 100% meltdown!!! Those toxic MBS bundles still exist to-day, they were bought back with taxpayer’s money by the USA FED, the Bank of England, and the European Central Bank. Deutsche Bank was heavily involved in MBS, and as a result in now under water!!! The collapse of Deutsche Bank will bring down the ENTIRE world’s banking system, it could happen tomorrow!!! This mess was caused by Wall St., having nor restrains and the White House and Congress cheering the thieves on!!! In 2008 Paulson had to come up with something fast!!! He and Bush would use the American people’s credit card to bail out their friends!!! This flow of borrowed money at zero interest to the Street, has carried on up till the present!!! AIG, an Insurance Company, was heavily regulated by the USA, and required to hold reserves to cover their policies!!! AIG saw a chance to make a quick buck. AIG put no money aside, the executives spent the money, and had a bean feast!!! AIG had taken on billions in risks, and never in a million years thought it would have to pay off??? Washington seized the now worthless AIG, and covered its’ debt with taxpayer’s money, in 2010!!! That debt is now register against the names of the millions of Americans, the same ones who have lost their homes and seen their lives destroyed!!! About 90 million of them do not have jobs??? In 2009, the Streeters were made whole, companies were reimbursed, and nobody went to jail??? Not like Iceland??? The American working class didn’t get a thin dime!!! With lower tax revenues, municipalities, withdrew, police, fire protection, turned off street lights and water!!! This will allow Ontarians to buy products and foodstuffs of better quality, and at lower prices!!! As well jobs would be created that expand the wealth of the entire Country!!! We could tackle climate change in real terms, instead of politicians, consultants, and academics, spending loads of taxpayer’s money, having endless meetings with top people, and accomplishing absolutely nothing??? In December 2017 I wrote to the Student Councils / Associations, of Ontario’s 45 Universities and Colleges, proposing a Full Employment Strategy! It is fine to propose ideas, but the secret to success is DELIVERING THE GOODS!!! TALK IS CHEAP!!! A recipe has to be created!!! HEREIN IS MY RECIPE FOR MAKING YOUTH JOBS, JOB ONE!!! Part of the question is, how do we create an environment in which involuntary unemployment is kept to a minimum [ a nice term for FIRED! ]!!! Voluntary unemployment however is an accepted part of a democratic society! Individuals have every right to leave a job and seek greener pastures! A REAL unemployment rate rounded at 5%, seems reasonable to cover the changing of chairs! At this REAL rate, a society is not adversely affected economically! Because this 5% REAL rate doesn’t leave a whole bunch of bodies around and about, to give employers an excuse to skimp on wages! I keep saying REAL, because the USA Bureau of Labour Statistics is lying when it says that the unemployment rate is 5%, the real rate is 23%, [ somewhere north of 90 million people! ]!!! The UK Office of National Statistics also lies about the jobless rate, touted in the London Nazi press is an unemployment rate of 5%, the real UK rate is 15%!!!! In Canada, Stats Can, a Harper afflicted Agency, noted for cooking its’ books, says the unemployment here is 6.5%, when the real rate is 14%!!! Second, Lyin Steve Harper is no economist, he never graduated from the University of Calgary!!! The key to returning Ontario to the position of being the economic engine of Canada is setting up new enterprises, financed by Queen’s Park!!! I had my own businesses for 50 years! Over that time, there were endless business opportunities!!! The limiting factors were risk adverse Canadian banks, and investors who saw money as being more important than innovation and ideas!!! Investors required an inventor to give up control, sought quick returns, refused to spend any money on R and D, and dumped an enterprise on a moment’s notice, in return for a good buck!!! AMERIGREED was able to buy up Canada’s major manufacturers and close them up or move them to the USA!!! OUR small manufacturers were driven out of business!!! And OUR politicians and the Nazi media sat on their hands!!! High electricity prices, under US management, have prevented manufacturers from locating in Ontario, and have turned OUR citizens KW rate slaves!!! McGuinty and the Liberals got paid off!!! Time for a change!!! Over time I developed a number of saleable products, maybe 100, but I was not prepared to see them stolen!!! Most of my inventions were used in my own businesses!!! Thus, to reindustrialize this Province we need to make major changes!!! A business can be defined in easy, understandable terms!!! Of prime importance is cheap energy, then a skilled work force, money / banking comes next, infrastructure [ roads / rail ], attention to product improvement, community, gov. regulations, the environment, and waste!!! The AMERIGREED model puts money first, which expects then to capture most of the profits!!! NO!!! None of the rest matters to them??? In this regard, AMERIGREED will take advantage of anything it can get away with, like fouling the environment, extorting gov. grants or bribes, and avoiding taxes!!! We now have a way out, create businesses!!! If Ontario is to move ahead with reindustrialization, AMERIGREED has to be eliminated from the picture!!! Cheap energy denotes where a successful business can be located??? If the energy is clean [ no CO2 ], as water Hydro is in Ontario, it is a huge plus in to-day’s world, and will give us a tremendous advantage!!! It may be of interest, that a clean coal generating plant emits less CO2 than a natural gas plant or a nuclear plant!!! And further, this Province HAS NO COMMERCIAL SOLAR OR WIND!!! In other words, companies that install solar fields or put up big wind turbines can’t make any money without being paid high KW prices, 40 / 50 cents or getting Government subsidies??? Little wonder Ontatians pay 25 cents per KW??? Now the Tor. Star, National Post, Globe and Tar, CTV, CBC, or TVO would never tell YOU THAT??? Ten cent KWs will mean OUR products will be preferred,and OUR social conscious and leadership will be admired globally!!! In the scheme of things, successful products are picked by the customers!!! Inventors and idea people see the need and then create something to fill that need!!! Such products can have a long life, so to produce same requires a strong financial footing, mini, micro, macro views, a long term outlook, a commitment to quality, maintenance of that quality, a realization that staff and the community are partners, and finally that we must respect the environment!!! To the Americans all of this would be gibberish??? So for us to go forward the Yankees have to be turfed!!!
GOVERNMENTAL ** ELECTRICITY and TRANSMISSION LINES { the Cross Canada Electric Grid }
The first order of business is to reduce the cost of electricity to * 10 cents a KW * on September 3rd. 2018, without fail!!! The electrical distribution system has to be dealt with immediately too, and a new schematic developed. Rural customers should not pay more for electricity!!! All of OUR water Hydro plants have to be identified and classed, ready to go, needs work, needs a major overhaul? Some of the plants could be activated immediately, and overhauls scheduled for the future? Work should start on the new By Pass Water Turbines immediately, because they will be 25% more efficient!!! I would start the installation of the By Pass Turbos in those plants needing major overhaul, and then work forward!!! A plan has to be developed for the decommissioning of all Ontario’s nuclear fleet? As well, all of the privatization that has taken place in Ontario’s electrical system will be * ELIMINATED *!!! A study must be done to ascertain how Ontario’s surplus water Hydro electricity can be sent to the West? Ontario’s TWO coal plants will reactivated using clean coal technology and ERC, as proof of concept. This will provide Ontario with even more cheap KWs, but the importance of this technology is, it will be exportable to the world!!! Coal is a major source of energy in many countries and a source of pollution. We HERE will be in a position to drastically cut OUR CO2 emissions but we will be able to help other countries do the same thing!!! They can’t do it themselves at present, but we can help them!!! China uses a lot of coal, OUR Clean Coal Technology could be used to cut their pollution drastically!!! Present energy studies are far too narrowly focused on purpose!!! The idea is to spend a lot of taxpayer’s money and not really reduce the use of fossil fuels??? This is yet another USA scam, which picks Canadian pockets, and OUR paid Nazi media stays mum??? The new BY Pass Turbos, will create a lot of manufacturing jobs HERE. Can you imagine having an opportunity to clean up Ontario’s Carbon act and reduce CO2 on a global scale? This takes vision, something AMERIGREED and the Can. sellout establishment won’t permit in this Province??? So the necessary vision is going to have to come from OUR young people? The Hydrogen Cycle must be introduced to replace the Demand cycle!!! And a plan formulated to use Hydrogen in electricity storage, heating, and as a transportation fuel. It is a given, that when AMERIGREED is prevented from stealing $ 9 billion a year from Ontario, we reach full employment [ 95% ], and we begin exporting manufactured goods / foodstuffs to the globe, Ontario’s treasury will be in surplus!!! As well each household, will pocket $ 1500 a year in electrical savings and have their * spy Smart Meter * disabled!!! Smart Meters will be used by AMERIGREED to control countries by KNOWING WHO TO TARGET??? Opposition and protesters will see their electricity cut off at a moment’s notice!!! Even whole areas could see KWs cut off, to thwart mobs??? With this water Hydro wealth, we can boost many social programs, like health, drugs, and education??? These will be addressed WITHOUT GOING INTO DEBT AND WE CAN PAY DOWN THAT DEBT!!! The only losers will by McGuinty, Liberal insiders [ who should go to jail! ], and AMERIGREED!!! On a personal note, the north door on Northern Collegiate in Toronto has a large area where the paint has peeled off??? I have been looking at this mess for at least 8 years! Of all of the cash from the Canadian Nuclear Industry, that Murray Elston delivered to Dalton’s office, surely McGuinty could have extracted a one hundred dollar bill to repaint that fucking peeling door??? Ontario used to be a class act!!! The thieving Liberals have never understood this??? All the Libs were interested in was Gimmee, Gimee, Gimee, and thought they were beyond the reach of the voters!!! I WROTE to McGuinty in 2004 a number of time, and offered to help fix the old Ontario Hydro!!! Dalt didn’t respond??? I AM NOT EASILY PUT OFF!!! Eventually I wrote to Dalt to say, that I had warned Yellow Mike Harris, fix it, don’t sell it!!! Harris persisted!!! I wrote again to Mike [ who I had worked for as a volunteer in Pickering ], I said fix Hydro and you will be reelected in 2003!!! Persist with the sale of Hydro, and you will go down to defeat!!! The Fascist PCs have been out of power for 15 years!!! Will Harper and Americans money buy the 2018 Election in the Province, in 2018??? It was clear before the Election that the PCs were going to lose!!! Not wanting a defeat on his record, Yellow Mike ran away just like Lyin Brian Mulroney did!!! I told McGuinty that he had better fix Hydro OR IT WOULD EAT HIM!!! It will be important to incorporate the Bank of Ontario immediately. I do not trust Canada’s big banks and their hidden exposure to the corrupt world banking system??? The Bank of Ont. will handle the NEW ONTARIO HYDRO rebuild, and will oversee the expropriation of Hydro One!!! All the private operators who now infest OUR electrical system, will be terminated and investigated!!! Working for the corrupt McGuinty Government, definitely means criminal activity lurks in OUR electrical system!!! OUR new Bank will finance innovation, create new * FOR PROFIT * enterprises, repair OUR aging infrastructure, and take back Ontario’s present debt from Wall St., this to cut OUR yearly interest costs!!! Ontario hands the USA so much money each year for no good reason, other than Ontarians, in the 40 to 65 demographic are either dishonest or stupid!!! They have sacrificed everything and everybody for immediate gratification??? That is not the way WE build a Nation!!! Every such greedy Canadian should be lobotomized, to prevent them from adversely affecting innocent people, especially OUR young!!! establishing a Bank of Ontario, means having a close relationship with the Bank of Canada, which is uniquely owned by the people of this Nation. The Bank of Ontario will be the sole distributor of BoO Bonds, which will be used to finance economic activity in the Province. OUR Bank will have no connection with Canada’s big banks, who can’t be trusted to put Canadians first!!! They’d rather peddle questionable financial products, than consider what is best for Canada??? OUR banks don’t seem to realize, as John Honderich never did, destroying people’s finances means they don’t have the money to buy what you are selling??? The leaders of the Province’s financial arm will be limited to compensation rated at 20 times the rate of pay of the regular work force. BoO, 10 year Bonds, bearing a rate of 4.5%, compounded, will be sold directly to the Canadian and British citizens. Ontario will retain an ownership in every new enterprise created, so that some of the profits from backing innovation and ideas will flow back to the PUBLIC TREASURY, as they did in the old days. This before the bankrupt idea of Reaganomics took hold??? Cutting off theft in this Province by AMERIGREED, is important!!! We can reduce electricity costs HERE, greatly reducing OUR CO2 pollution rate, and eliminating any kind of carbon taxes [ if we don’t emit CO2, there is nothing to tax??? ]!!! By the way and I am sure Steve Paikin and John Honderich would like to know, that nuclear plants emit as much CO2 as a natural gas generation plant, but McGuinty sold them as being GREEN!!! Of course it is a given, that Steve and John took money to look the other way!!! It is clear that with the coming global financial crash, Ontario must have in place its’ own money system to ward off any shocks!!! Remember the Boy Scout Moto, ” BE PREPARED “! WE would establish a new Ministry of Industry and Trade, which would oversee the creation of new businesses in Ontario. This Ministry would set up the Ontario Research and Development Council which would bird dog, new ideas, inventions, cutting edge products and staple products! Washing machines and dryers were manufactured in Ontario going back to the 1920s. Life expectancy was 25 years!!! In the 1980s AMERGREED moved in, bought all of OUR APPLIANCE MANUFACTURERS AND CLOSED THEM DOWN??? The Governments didn’t say BOO??? Now all plastic junk is brought in from Asia, repairs are needed after 3 years and the washers and dryers have to be thrown out after 6 years??? They are twice the price??? There are 14 million households in Canada! There is a huge market for an Ontario quality made washer and dryer, with a life span of 20 years!!! I see the Bank of Ontario financing that business, which might provide for 1500 jobs, plus 2000 more spin offs, [ long term union jobs! ]!!! I see the UK [ 65 million pop. ], and the British Commonwealth [ 2.2 billion pop. ], as export markets!!!

I see this R and D being done at 2 or 3 Colleges, in which ideas and inventions would be investigated for manufacturing potential??? The Nazi media pays lots of attention to pie-in-the-sky ideas which will never come true! Governments spend hundreds of million in chasing this stuff, just to get a photo op??? Then the whole thing is forgotten and we go on to another government give away??? No jobs are created and government insiders get rich!!! Most really successful products are down to earth things, that people need every day, think Heinz Ketchup, Kellogs Corn Flakes, and Nielson Chocolates??? These are multi million dollar businesses, for plain ordinary stuff??? Quality products always has a market! First we work to satisfy the home market of 35 million people, but plan for export!!! But setting up businesses by issuing stock allows AMERIGREED to come in and buy Canadian companies, move them to the USA or close them down??? I see all new niche enterprises in Ontario being financed with bonds which will only be available through the Bank of Ontario, and only sold to Canadians or British Citizens!!! In this way Canadian banks and AMERIGREED will not be able to interfere or influence new Ontario businesses!!! These new businesses will eventually be 40% privately owned, 30% employee owned and Queen’s Park would own a 30% share!!! Such enterprises could get on with manufacturing quality products, providing good jobs, enhancing the local municipality, diversifying into new products recommended by the Ontario Research and Development Commission!!! The Government ownership role would relate to running like a downfield blocker!!! Helping find a location, dealing with municipalities, getting electricity and services, securing roads and rail, assisting in energy needs and so on???
GOVERNMENTAL ** AGRICULTURE
Here is something interesting!!! The USA reached peak food in 2006! Since that time supplies of crops, vegetables and fruit have been dropping, made worse by crop failures due to Climate Change!!! There are surpluses at times, but people can only eat so many tomatoes and oranges at a time? Thus Ontarians are paying more and more for imported food? When we can grow most of what we need right here due to an unlimited supply of water Hydro KWs! Combined cheap, CO2 free power, with Canada Greenhouses, which are LO Energy, and climate controlled, we will get at least 2 crops a year!
Ontario has half of the Grade One cropland in Canada, and it is being wasted!!! Climate change is ravagishing countries close to the equator, and their food supplies are dwindling! I see Queen’s Park totally repurposing OUR 60,000 farms, and implementing INTENSIVE FARMING!!! Supply management would be introduced for all products to be included in the MUST GROW IN ONTARIO PROGRAM!!! These would be staples, like specialty foods and crops, soybeans, peanuts, wheat, corn, wine grapes, and cattle!!! In each case it would be a matter of determining the optimum size of an operation which would supply a family with decent living. Only Canadians would be allowed to participate, there would be no USA involvement, and no factory farms!!! I would define the optimum farm for say Canada Greenhouses, growing peanuts, and tomatoes, citrous, grapes, greens, wheat, soybeans,etc., thus putting all of OUR croplands to work, producing for home use as well as export!!! Transportation systems would be provided as well as harvesting machinery pools, for community use!!! I would go to Guelph University and set up a Department to assist farmers in choosing what to grow, equipment, irrigation, and creating a seed bank to thwart AMERIGREED! Farmers would be assisted in getting funding from the Bank of Ontario!!! For developers holding large tracts of land almost tax free by throwing in a corn crop, would see a change of rules! They would have to lease their land for long term agriculture, say six years, or pay full taxes on what would be termed developable property!!! This would be an opportunity to make full use of OUR croplands, grow stuff for consumption in Ontario at a cheaper price, it would increase quality, drastically reduce transportation CO2 and allow allow o[ppportunities in the export market!!! Another opportunity lies in processing the specialty foods grown in the greenhouses! Being able to ignore the outside temperature and the amount of moisture, coupled with 2 crops a year would allow a processor a steadier supply fruits and vegetables at a much lower cost than what we can now import!!! The marketing boards could set up local processors, who could make jam, Ketchup, Peanut Butter, Soy products, cereals, and greatly increase OUR wine production!!! This item is extremely important as we will lose 1/3rd of the world’s vineyards in the next 5 years due to climate change!!! Wine prices will rise! This is a tremendous market opening for smart people!!! Right now AMERIGREED is trying to gain control of the world’s food supply, those who can’t pay will be given a death sentence!!! Ontario can have a huge negative impact on that evil endeavour??? WE CAN SCREW AMERIGREED RIGHT PROPER, REDUCE THE COST OF FOOD, BETTER QUALITY AND FRESHNESS, AND MAKE MONEY DOING IT!!! An example could be the Canada Greenhouse which will have to be manufactured in Ontario! The Research and Development body would have to design the Greenhouse in cooperation with Guelph University!!! Agriculture has huge potential for aggressive, intense farming in Ontario! OUR very future depends on doing this! It is imperative that Queen’s Park stop the Province from following the USA culture of greed, lying, stealing, cheating, threatening, and bullying!!! We must overhaul OUR educational system! I would add a year to high school, which would be used introduce student to all of the future possibilities, from technical apprenticeships, practical degrees like engineering, the arts, the classics, economics, business, environment et al??? Education to first year university and college would be free. Basic apprenticeships would be free!!! Once armed with an apprenticeship diploma, the student would go to a paying job until his or her time was put in to become a qualified tradesman / woman!!! All students who wished to work would find work!!! For universities and colleges the curriculums would mesh with the industry requirements!!! A Climate Change Engineer would have a course of study which closely mirrors current practices and procedures!!! Where Ontario is going is not even taught in schools to-day!!! There would have to be close liaison with between Queen’s Park, schools and industry!!! I would ban Adjunct Professors, who are closet climate deniers, from any connection with Ontario Universities!! The whole thrust of the NEW ONTARIO is to become the world leader on reducing CO2 emissions!!! Not denying climate change with misleading info, and using the name of a university as cover to gain legitimacy??? We could have been addressing Global Warming 10 years ago, if it had not been for the American oil monopoly, their paid climate deniers like Rex Murphy / Peter Foster, and OUR Nazi media!!! I want all of the American right wing business schools that have been attached to Ontario Universities to be hived off, these parasites will in no way help the under 39s in this Province to get jobs!!! OUR Universities and Colleges should concentrate on educating OUR young people to be the leaders in the NEW ONTARIO, which could lead the world in dealing with Global Warming??? These institutions are not funded by the public to act as profit making businesses like those Stateside, where in a sense their graduates are taught to make slave of people and to turn back the hands of time!!!!!! Also, a lid should be put on foreign students coming to Ontario!!! With such an exciting future, facing up to climate change and making a difference, we need to concentrate on developing a workable protocol!!! This to combat Global Warming!!! Ontario’s strengths will be water Hydro, Hydrogen and Clean Coal Technology, using Electro Reduction of Carbon, as well as having 4 million well educated young people!!! ERC is an exciting process developed at the University of BC, in 2007, at the Faculty of Applied Science, which has huge potential for turning CO2 into a benign material which can be dumped into a landfill site, or used as a livestock feed!!! The American oil monopoly, with the help of OUR Nazi media, censored this break through, and we have lost 12 years of CO2 reduction!!! At present, a Graduate Student, Danielle Salvatore and Curtis Berlinquette, a Research Supervisor are working on ERC!!! This is yet another Canadian innovation the Americans have killed off!!! After we gain our footing defeating CO2, we can begin to take in students from other countries, in order for them to then spread the good news and aid their own nations in dealing with climate change!!! This will allow Ontario to spurt to the lead of reducing Carbon, developing affordable ways to accomplish this, then approaching other countries and assisting them in combating Carbon too!!! This is a two pronged attack!!!
GOVERNMENTAL ** MEDICARE
If Ontario goes into business, there will be a fiscal surplus, which can be spent on programs or paying off OUR debt! This will allow the Province to properly fund health care and hospitals!!! There will be no place for private healthcare in mainstream MEDICARE!!! Forcing Hospitals to charge a weeks wages to park a car to visit a loved one, is mindless and cruel!!! By cutting funding this is exactly what McGuinty did!!! That will be rectified!!! Hospitals will be given adequate funding to cover their costs and to cut wait times!!! Queen’s Park will create cutting edge, long term, for profit businesses, we will make sure they are out of the reach of AMERIGREED!!! This will be a game changer, with Ontarians and Canada keeping all the change, FOR A CHANGE!!! Mike Harris and Dalton McGuinty helped AMERIGREED put Ontario into a maze!!! ONE solution to ONE problem will not get us out of this maze!!! To kick start the economy of this Province will require many moves on a lot of fronts!!! I am attempting to cover some of them in this post!!! Although there must be a lot of moves, it will not be that difficult because work on a number of fronts could go on simultaneously??? GOVERNMENTAL ** TORONTO PROBLEMS, GRIDLOCK, and the TTC
You can’t have a GREAT Province, when the Capital City is run by a Council populated by mental pygmies!!! Toronto is paralysed with GRIDLOCK!!! This costs the City near $ 9 billion in lost revenue!!! The CO2 emissions are off the chart!!! So is Carbon monoxide!!! An average of 5000 Torontonians were dying of Carbon Monoxide each year up to 1999, after which the Council discontinued the research??? That is one way of dealing with a problem, just deny that it exists??? # 401 across the top of the City is over the safe limit, for Carbon Dioxide!!! I informed Dalt that this was a killer, and that we needed to expropriate HWY # 407!!! McGuinty did no respond!!! So the Gridlock problem has already been solved yet City Council sits on its’ hands!!! The rapid transit has also been solved, but again Council has deaf ears!!! I would recommend to the new Ontario Government that Toronto be put under trusteeship, until the mess of Gridlock and the TTC are straightened out!!! After which the Toronto Council would be reconstituted as a true democratic body, instead of this monstrosity we have thanks to Mike Harris!!! Boy, did YELLOW MIKE ever fuck up a lot of stuff, his meddling cost Ontario hundreds of billions, when do the people in this Province wake up??? vehicles that are idling emit 4 times the CO2, but this Council is like the 3 monkeys, hear no evil, see no evil, and speak no evil!!! However, Mayor Tory and these Councillors are DOING EVIL AND GETTING PAID FOR THE DOING!!! And Torontonians are asleep at the switch because they are being lied to and misinformed!!! City Council is extorting driver, not solving problems!!! Right now 70% of Torontonians use cars! 25% use TTC! 4% walk! And one percent ride bicycles, and get 90% of the attention to divert the attention of the electorate!!! If the plans for Gridlock and a new Electric Rapid Transit are implemented, the City’s complexion would change!!! Only 50% of the citizens would use cars!!! 45% of Torontonians would use TTC, which would be speeded up by a reduced traffic flow!!! 4% would still walk, and the crazy traffic lights would be changed to save lives!!! The way the traffic lights now work, City Council uses them to frustrate driver by using bodies to slow the cars down!!! Bicycles would be directed to side streets and all bike lanes
on main streets would be removed!!! Bikes would be banned from all sidewalks!!! We would recover the 9 billion dollars lost revenue!!! Productivity would go up!!! CO2 would be drastically reduced!!! Carbon monoxide would be reduce to a safe limit!!! Transit would be much faster especially in the outskirts of the City!!! What’s not to like??? This is called using your brains!!! But from this Council and John Tory you’ll get none of this!!! There are 44 pygmies, each with his / her own Ward, each with a vote!!! The only politician who speaks for the City is the Mayor, WHO ONLY HAS ONE VOTE!!! Yellow Mike Harris did this to Toronto, he hobbled Toronto!!! Mike was afraid of a vibrant / successful City, challenging Queen’s Park!!! So Torontonians are stuck with a city that runs like a shitbox!!! There is too much wasted money, taxes are too high, and I forecast that the pygmies will bring in road tolls!!! Gridlock and the TTC difficulties are easily solved, but what does City Council discuss UBER??? Think of it this way??? Tory and 44 Councillors own a horse!!! The 44 pygmies get to ride the horse, but have no obligation to look after it??? Tory’s responsibility is to look after the horse, but he can’t do anything without a pygmy majority vote??? RIDICULOUS??? YOUBETCHA!!!!

Ontario has many strengths which I have covered! Foremost of all is 27,000 MWs of water hydro, both installed and potential! Water behind the dam is worth half a cent!!! And we now pay 25 cents per KW??? Somebody is making a hell of a lot of money under the table??? This resource, has been hidden away from the public by the nukies, Toronto Star, Mike Harris, Dalton and Kathleen McGuinty, and TVO!!! This cheap, CO2 free energy gives Ontario all kinds of options, that would reduce living costs, save $ 1500 a year per household on cheap, CO2 free KWs , fund social programs, rebuild the infrastructure, and pay down the debt!!! However we lack OUR OWN gasoline, diesel, and jet fuels supplies, as well as natural gas!!! AMERIGREED closed all but one of OUR gasoline / diesel refineries HERE without OUR permission? AMERIGREED also cut of OUR supply of natural gas from Alberta!!! WITHOUT OUR PERMISSION??? Now we import gasoline, diesel, and jet fuel from the USA, which is refined from * ISIS oil stolen from Iraq *!!! Ontarians and Quebecers don’t have clue that they are paying for both sides of the Middle East War??? OUR Nazi media says not a word!!! AMERIGREED switched off OUR Western natural gas supply, AGAIN WITHOUT OUR PERMISSION??? Ont. / Que. now get fracked nat. gas from Pennsylvania, which is dirt cheap, but we pay Alberta prices??? What is worse, the Pennsylvania system is not secure supplywise??? Both Ont./ Que. could end up freezing, WITH NO WAY OUT BY DESIGN??? AMERIGREED’S globalization is directed towards enslaving the world, and part of this scheme is to silo countries, so everybody is dependent on someone else for something??? Although Canada has huge reserves of petroleum and natural gas, WE DON’T CONTROL THESE RESOURCES??? This was McGuinty’s doing!!! More than 60% of Canadians live in Ontario and Quebec, 23 million people!!! These MILLIONS have to be some of the dumbest fuckers on the planet??? AMERIGREED screws us every which way, every day and we read the National Post, Globe and Tar, Toronto Star, and watch CTV / CBC??? And the populace snoozes on??? We are mainly in trouble, because we elect the likes of Yellow Mike Harris, the vanished Dalt McGuinty, and maybe Druggie Ford who is now running away in the polls??? Ford is backed by AMERIGREED!!! Lyin Steve Harper, using his $ 25 million USA slush fund, is running Ford’s campaign!!! If Druggie wins, Harper will hold a ceremony at Queen’s Park, and hand the keys to Ontario OVER TO AMERIGREED!!! The way to SOLVE OUR SHORTAGE [ and there is a solution!!! ] of gasoline, diesel, jet fuel, and natural gas, is to go talk to Premier Notley and make her a deal!!! Send us upgraded crude oil [ not Tar mixed with Benzine! ], and natural gas via the Twin Beaver Pipeline! Ontario will then expropriate the entire natural gas distribution system HERE, as well as the gasoline / diesel refineries in the Province! We will then approach Premier Couillard and invite Quebec to join the deal!!! In return we will send Alberta cheap, CO2 free electricity to run her petroleum industry!!! Daaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa??? This deal will immediately put cash in Alberta’s pocket, the cash we are now giving to AMERIGREED??? Crude oil from Alberta, will stop the flow of USA gasoline, diesel, and jet fuel, made from stolen ISIS oil!!! By opening up Ontarian oil refineries, we cut the CO2 emissions by shortening the supply lines!!! From Iraq, through Turkey, out of the Mediterranean, across the Atlantic to the Delaware River refineries, then up to Ontario and Quebec?????? This is fucking madness!!! But Ontarians are * Dozy do, Clem *??? They are targeting the wrong climate change targets, RIGHT ON CUE, as instructed by AMERIGREED??? The same thing applies to natural gas!!! We are being bamboozled by the Yankees, paying top dollar for dirt cheap Pennsylvania gas, which is sold into the spot market!!! Ont. / Que. could be forced to pay high prices, problem * ONE *??? Then if there are shortages of gas, the Canadian tap would be turned OFF FIRST!!! That would mean 23 million Canadians would be without heat??? McGuinty and the Ontario Energy Board are responsible for this situation!!! I keep asking how much Dalt / OEB got paid by AMERIGREED??? Once we had our own supply of gasoline, diesel, jet fuel and natural gas, we could begin introducing Hydrogen into OUR system, and use it as a transportation fuel and for heating!!! The system I described, would lower CO2 emissions in Ontario, Quebec, and Alberta, way below the Paris commitment, and thus cancelling any taxes on Carbon!!! Ottawa could then help all of the other Provinces to implement the Ontario model??? These conclusions relate to dot connecting and innovation, something prohibited under AMERGREED / Harper Rule!!!

Once the NEW ONTARIO IS UP AND RUNNING, I see us approaching every Province and saying, this is what we have, what have you got to trade??? For far too long, Provincial politicians have used other jurisdictions to score political points!!! Lie we now see in Alberta and BC, with Ottawa making things worse??? The whole thing is silly, but dangerous!!! The whole dustup revolves around, whether a corrupt American Corporation, Kinder Morgan, should be allowed to build an OIL Pipeline, not meant for Tar / Benzine [ which is the equivalent of NAPALM ], through the Rockies to Vancouver??? Kinder is a fractional Company, in which groups of investors own bits of the firm!!! This is done to reduce liability??? If the pipe breaks and fills a pristine valley in the Rockies with Tar, thinned with Benzine, the investors will just declare bankruptcy, Vancouver, Burnaby, and BC will be shit-out-of-luck!!! Just because Albertans have allowed the American oil monopoly to obliterate 174 sq kms with toxic tar garbage, without a whimper, to get their 8% royalty??? There is no reason why BC should chance an environmental catastrophe just to create a few jobs in Alberta and allow the Americans to stuff even more money into their pockets??? OUR Energy Board is blind and deaf, and lying to Canadians, helped greatly by OUR Nazi media!!! The truth is nowhere to be seen in this Kinder Morgan affair!!! I can only conclude, that most Canadians are brain dead??? If this pipeline goes through, all of Canada loses, especially the under 39 demographic!!! THIS IS A FUTURE KILLER!!! As the NEW ONTARIO HYDRO is stitched together I would hire retired police officers and disabled veterans from Ontario to provide security and an investigative unit!!! This Department would conduct a WITCH HUNT!!! Every executive in OUR electrical system would be investigated, as to political affiliation, pay, bonuses, perks, contract involvement ans so on!!! There is no question that there has been criminal wrongdoing on the McGuintys’ watch!!! Dalton and Kathleen !!! I would notify all of those under investigation and offer amnesty!!! Confess to your crimes, make restitution without interest or penalty and we will go easy!!! If we have to pursue you, we will take everything you have got, even if you families suffer!!! Their suffering will never equal the suffering Ontarians have gone through, facing their PHONY electric bills??? I see us recovering a huge amount of money!!! Americans who have been ripping Ontario off, would forfeit everything but the clothes on their backs, and be escorted to the Peace Bridge and told never to come back!!!
GOVERNMENTAL ** CLIMATE CHANGE
I have been writing about ways to cut OUR CO2 emissions for 20 years!!! In the beginning this was by letter, to Canadian politicians, and the movers and TAKERS!!! I also wrote letters to Americans, Brits and Europeans, and never got a single meaningful response??? Since 2009, I have close to 600 posts, in which I named names in the extensive TAG sections!!! I have published my address often, but have never had a single meaningful response!!! Most of my copy relates to solving problems, big and little, like cooling the London Underground, solving Toronto Gridlock, and providing clean drinking water to 200 1st Nation’s Reserves??? My address book probably contains 400 names??? I actually * WROTE * TO ROB FORD, THE MAYOR OF TORONTO THREE TIMES ABOUT MY PLAN TO SOLVE GRIDLOCK IN THE CITY!!! I also * WROTE *to a number of City Councillors about Gridlock!!! I did not receive a single reply!!! My ideas about dealing with climate change have been responded to with deafening silence??? So I say to the under 39 forgotten cohort, that the political establishment is not interested in solving the many problems which plague OUR society!!! They have turned you into wage slaves or forced you into the ranks of the unemployed!!! To OUR young people the only course of action in 2018, is to use your majority to seize control and replace blockheaded politicians, like Druggie Ford, with representative who will listen, and act!!! There are so may concrete and affordable steps we can take to reduce CO2 emissions, but the Nazi media continues to miseducate OUR young people!!! TIME TO CHANGE THE GAME!!!

In creating the NEW ONTARIO, I would exclude all of the Nazi media!!! Namely, the National Post, Globe, Star, Sun, Maclean’s, Canadian Press, CTV, Global, and the CBC!!! I would use the internet to do Queen’s Park advertising and provide information!!! This would not include Government propaganda, like McGuinty engaged in!!! I would fire Steve Paikin and the TVO management and investigate their political ties??? I would repurpose TVO, and create two departments!!! Education for the young and oldies!!! And long form documentaries to educate everyone about advances in major projects like infrastructure, the building of the NEW ONTARIO HYDRO, medical care, educational initiatives, municipal activities and stories about the efforts of the citizenry to enhance the Province!!! I would restart Ryerson Radio, it would have huge potential to highlight local issues, and how the Government is reacting to these issues??? As stated, I was in business for 50 years! It was always better and cheaper to do it right the first time!!! So the present Nazi media, which is full of lies every day, as well as American propaganda would be cut off from any Government access and advertising as well!!!
GOVERNMENTAL ** TRANSPORTATION and RAIL
The new Toronto Electric, Ev Rapid Transit would be much like London UK, and Moscow, a circle route!!! It would be like a wagon wheel!!! Downtown Toronto would be the hub, the elevated tramway [ the rim ] would go west to the airport, then east across Finch Ave., to the Scarborough Town Centre, then back to the City Centre!!! The TTC would supply the spokes!!! And the rail lines would fan out from Toronto in every direction!!! Quenn’s Park will have to do this, in a comprehensive manner, not a chunk here, and a chunk there??? This could be done for a fraction of the cost of the estimates done by insiders who are wetting their drawers over the coming big pay day!!! The lack of response to my letters / posts, is why nothing gets done until there is a major calamity!!! A major disaster occurs because of neglect by the politicians!!! Their insider friends rush in to fix things at high cost, with overrun clause contracts!!!
The insiders then make a ton and the politicians get their cash cuts, delivered in parking garages???
GOVERNMENTAL ** FOREIGN TRADE
Industry and Trade would open offices in a few countries like the UK, Germany, Norway, Denmark, Holland, Moscow, Beijing, Canberra, Wellington, and the British Commonwealth!!! I see this effort as being differed than so called trade missions involving various companies!!! Ontario Industry and Trade would be involved in a two way street!!! All of Ontario’s manufactured goods would be on display, but Ind. and Trade would be looking to source OUR needs, with a view to cutting off all commerce with the USA!!! The population of all the above Countries is about 2.5 billion!!! Having unlimited, cheap, CO2 free, water Hydro would give Ontario a huge advantage monetarily!!! I can see Ontario working with Ottawa to provide funding to countries to develop the resources which the Province needs??? Queen’s Park will stop handing private USA corporations hundreds of millions to buy jobs as McGuinty did!!! This corporate welfare and it never works!!! After Dalt’s photo ops, various corporation did their time, and then buggered off with OUR money, stories OUR Nazi media never touched!!! This would not be a matter of trying to choose WINNERS!!! Creating Government backed, cutting edge businesses, is actually creating WINNERS, something the Yankees abandoned a long time ago??? The computer and the internet were funded by the USA Government, then they were given to the private sector, no string attached??? The American people got fuck all for their investment??? I see communicating with the above countries to say, what are your needs, and can we make them for you, better quality, at a lower price??? The USA now deals with the world, possessing certain attributes, they lie, cheat, steal, threaten, bully, use military force!!! And if that wasn’t enough, they finance FIFTH COLUMNS IN EACH COUNTRY, and takeover the local Nazi media!!! This includes, Harper, Scmear, Kenney, and Ford HERE and Dogie Dave Cameron / Theresa May in the UK !!! And Godfrey, Thomson, Honderich, Canadian Press, CTV, Global and the CBC!!! Having the Ontario Government create new-for-profit-businesses, is akin to the first forward pass in St. Louis, in 1906!!! At the end of the season, St, Louis had out scored their opponents, 400 to 10!!! The forward pass is up there with the Wright Flyer and the Edison light bulb!!! Now a new world beating first this century, Government created businesses??? WHODATHUNKIT???
GOVERNMENTAL ** CONSUMER RELATIONS
I would set up a single desk Consumer Complaints desk!!! Every business [ private or public ] in the Province would be under this umbrella desk!! If someone buys a service or product and it doesn’t satisfy, then they would call an 800 number and their complaint would be dealt with!!! I would lay a little muscle on companies that cheat! We don’t need firms in Ontario that take advantage! It used to be that customers could rely on the word of businesses??? Once the American greed factor invaded this Country the culture change to a vulture culture!!! There will only be room in Ontario for honest businessmen and women!!!
GOVERNMENTAL ** BUILDING AND CONSTRUCTION
I would create a Building and Construction Directorate which would supervise all projects in the Provincial / municipal domains!!! This Directorate would have a small team of experts, builders, architects, designers, accountants, and lawyers, who would okayed every project!!! We would have never had the St. Clair TTC line built! The price doubled and later it was found the islands were too high for some streetcars to open their doors??? The Roncesvalles TTC refurbishment is a disaster??? The Bloor St. revitalization turned out to be an expensive eyesore??? A newly built bridge in Northern Ontario snapped at it’s foundation during the first cold snap, it was rendered unusable??? In every case the people involved didn’t know what they were doing!!! The only winners were the politicians and the contractors!!! The people who have voting power were locked out of each process, but THEIR MONEY WAS BEING SPENT!!! This is not democracy!!! I would require all Provincial projects to be vetted through this Directorate, and all municipal projects over say $ 50,000! This would be like free legal advice for municipalities, which they could use for any project if they wished? This Directorate would have no skin in the game! Their job would be to look at a project, where do the politicians want this to go, what is the budget, and do the mechanicals line up so the goal is reached on time and within budget??? In 1971, Pete Byberg of Greenwood had an idea for a community centre in the Park! He asked for my help. Pete owned a roofing company and I was a builder! Pierre Trudeau was offering a LIP program, [ Local Initiatives Program ]!
We applied, and got a grant. This centre can be seen on Google satellite, 150 ft long, 60 ft wide and two stories, it has been serving the Village for 46 years!!! We built it on time and within the budget!!! Contractors were top notch and well paid! And we had no afterproblems! Those involved knew what they were doing, and we had a goal! Nowdays, the only goal is to milk a project, whether anything is eventually completed or serves it’s orginal purpose??? That will change!!!
GOVERNMENTAL ** CONSERVATION and FLOOD CONTROL
After Hurricane Hazel, Premier Leslie Frost flood proofed Ontario, one of the few jurisdictions in the world to do such a thing!!! The Conservation Authorities were formed and much work was done to protect residential areas from water!!!
Low lying land and housing were expropriated! Nobody could live within the 100 year flood lines, this saved lives and hundreds of millions of dollars of ptential damages? Mike Harris cut the Conservation budget, as did Dalt McGuinty!!! The flood proofing infrastructure was allowed to deteriorate by Harris and McGuinty, much to the delight of AMERIGREED!!! As climate change begins to bite Ontario is not well positioned to avoid flooding and damage??? I would revive the flood proofing program, first by drawing a 200 year flood line over all of Southern Ontario! Some housing would now fall within that line! Using earthen berms has proved worthless! Under real stress the berms give way and end up acting like a bathtub, holding the water in for a long period!!! There are new ways to protect subdivisions, by installing inexpensive concrete berms which will not collapse and contain high river flows! By the Government creating * for profit businesses *, a new money stream will give Queen’s Park more options and maneuvering room! I see Flood Proofing a being an area that should be given a lot of attention???
GOVERNMENTAL ** UNEMPLOYMENT INSURANCE
Due to the massive upheaval, in the way Ontario does business, there will be worker and business disruption? No individual or businessman / woman should be put at risk by the new initiatives!!! I see Ontario having an Unemployment system as an adjunct to the Federal EI program! This would be Provincial disemployment, relief could be in the way of payments or providing other work??? Ontario would have to work will Ottawa on this!!!
GOVERNMENTAL ** UNIONS, EMPLOYEE ASSOCIATIONS, WORKERS RIGHTS and PAY EQUITY
The forming of unions would be encouraged, connections with USA unions would be discouraged! Every new governmental business would be partially owned by workers and I see employee associations being encouraged and formed by sector! I do not see large unions covering a wide variety of work elements as were formed in adversarial times past! To me the reason for employees to get together is so that they have input into their pay, benefits, and working conditions? Since everyone will be in the same boat, and each participant having an oar, cooperation will provide for the best results! No time and money will be waste on arguing and striking??? In terms of rights and pay equity, those involved will determine the guidelines!!! Each job will be a job, whether male or female the pay scal will be the same at all levels!
GOVERNMENTAL ** LEGAL
I would see every lawyer at Queen’s Park fired! They have all been supporting mob rule, run by the McGuintys, Dalt and Kath!!! I would hire a crew of young lawyers, people who are not yet tainted by AMERIGREED!!! In fact I would investigate the action of some of McGuinty’s lawyers??? When we are witness to Dalt’s assistant erasing E-Mails, it is certain, where there is fire there is fire??? David Livingstone got 4 month in jail!!! Why wasn’t Dalt hunted down and charged?????? With a change of Government, I’d like to see McGuinty’s days numbers??? I don’t think Dalton will be able to remain in hiding for too much longer, even if we have to extradite him from Harvard U, in the USA???
