Regarding my posts on the T O Gridlock Master Plan, please think of me as just your friendly plumber. Not a politician, stumping for votes. And not some sharpie looking to put you in the poorhouse by misinforming you. I’m the guy who comes in to fix a leaking pipe, no more no less. There is no politics in a leaky pipe or any politics in Gridlock nor public transport. They are a mechanical problems and outside politics. Public transit is mechanical too, without a political component. Cycling and walking are mechanical problems. These impediments will not solved by dishonest people like the Star’s Christopher Hume, who spends his time mining a public fault lines for personal aggrandizement. Chris and his bureaucratic mind, take no responsibility for solving the cyclists problems but he has this need to be heard PLENTY. Chris can’t resist muscling in on the debate in a loud voice saying nothing and saying nothing OFTEN. This is typical Michael Cooke / Toronto Star fare. To Hume, getting endless applause from the cycling community is more important than solving Toronto’s difficulties. As Gridlock gets steadily worse, it will not bother those at the Star, Honderich, Cruikshank, Cooke, Hume, James or Keenan. What is important to them is grandstanding, kidding Torontonians they are out to help and misleading the readers in order to sell newspapers. Without lies and misinformation, the Paper’s pages would be mostly blank. If I had available to me, ten percent of the printed space in John Honderich”s Star, the 10% that Michael Cooke dedicates to bashing the Fords, criticizing the CBC and attacking Canadian Tire, we’d be well on our way to reducing Gridlock. Not one of my letters / articles sent to the Star about Ontario being brought to its’ knees financially by Nuclear power, the mess caused by Gridlock nor the poor public transit inflicted on the ghettos in Rexdale and Scarborough, has ever been printed. I have explained to the Toronto Star that I’ve discovered why the City is in the grip of Gridlock. Honderich doesn’t want to know. Our coke sniffing Mayor Rob Ford didn’t want to know either. For the Star, there is a ton of cash in sponsor paid-for-news [ those making money from Gridlock and those about to make money from Gridlock once Tory starts taking your money ]. So it follows that printing the truth would cost the Star a lot of sponsor money. The Toronto City Council has had a hate on for vehicles going back 30 years. Enough already. The American Jane Jacob’s played politics with our traffic and transit to enhance her reputation and sell books. Jacobs hightailed it out of the USA to prevent her two sons from being taken by the Vietnam draft. As well, she was in trouble with the law in NYC for shit disturbing. Not things that would recommend Jacobs as a champion of Toronto. Jane and her followers like our 3rd rate writer Christopher Hume [ Chris is an Englishman, who obviously didn’t measure up in his own Country ] have created the mess we now have on our hands. My solution to Gridlock, is to just dismantle and unwind all the damage City Council has done to the city streets over the past 30 years. The Council has installing thousands of vehicle barriers and traffic impediments, costing YOU hundreds of millions of dollars. Simply put, Councillors have created a steeplechase course, City wide, instead of roads to facilitate the vehicles owned by 70% of Torontonians. Talk about the tyranny of the minority. YOU, AS IN YOU, AS IN YOU, CAN SOLVE GRIDLOCK. WE COULD START TOMORROW IF YOU PUT YOUR SHOULDER TO THE WHEEL. AND YOUR MIND WILL BE MORE OPEN TO NEW THINKING AND NEW IDEAS IF YOU STOP BUYING HONDERICH’S STAR. Jacob’s was a fuzzy thinker. She never looked down the road to determine if her HALF BACKED / SOPHOMORIC IDEAS would work or whether things would just get worse. I can say without fear of being contradicted, Jacobs made things much worse. Just look around at Jane’s work. One should think hard before going into a barn full of hay to play with matches. Jane, wherever you are, you screwed up big time and your disciples like Hume will never admit they screwed up. That is the biggest hill to climb. To get Council to admit monstrous wrong doing and reverse themselves. Jane and her adherents were like kids roaming around smashing windows with never a thought of whose windows they were actually breaking. Its’ nice living in a world where if you smash things you never have to say you are sorry or pay any penalty. Christopher and the Star are determine to sink Toronto in pursuit of his fame and the Paper’s insatiable appetite for cash. It is a strange bird that poops in its’ own nest as Honderich has been doing for a long time, since he sided with the nukies for pay, this was years back. Work to impoverish the people buy you taking nukie cash. Then no Toronto, no Ontario, no Star. John, I have followed your career for a long time. I am not surprised in the least at the up coming crash of the Star. You have always had the ability to scuttle the ship, Daaaaaaaaaa. I was never concerned at you destroying the Star but I always drew the line at your Paper helping to destroy Ontario. Before this current effort to Detroit Toronto, Honderich’s Paper played a major role in sinking Ontario’s economy. This by accepting tens of thousands of dollars in nukie advertising. John, all that money was paid to you to mislead the public, print nukie propaganda and tell lies. To the Star, desperate for money these days, just the next 3 months is all important no matter how many lies get told. So telling lies for cash is where Honderich is at presently. In this last quarter the Paper lost $ 83 million. Losing money and destroying Ontario, all at the same time. Now that takes a special talent? Double Daaaaaaaaaaaaa. Honderich says by his very actions, the hell with the future, gimme, gimme, gimme it now. But to those of us who are parents and grandparents the future is all important, especially to our offspring. No, no, much more than that, it is beyond crucial. If you buy the Star or frequent their brainless advertisers you are funding a failed future for the young? Your young! When Mike Harris amalgamated Toronto in 1998, he envisaged giving Toronto the great, a fatal weak heart. 44 Councillors focused on their Wards. And a Mayor, WITH ONE VOTE who speaks for the City. Triple Daaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa. A system that will always keep this City on life support. We’re a sort of Rolls Royce with a Volkswagen engine. Mike did this on purpose, to ensure his Fascists Government would gain financially from the City but leave Torontonians struggling, penniless and without a voice. But then Mike, ” the Yellow ” up and ran away like Harper, leaving his mess behind him. Harris, in this regard, when he is judged by the great and greedy on hard right will be given a standing ovation for creating chaos. harris should be in jail. Repulicanazis and Canadian Fascists believe when Canada sinks they will have all the lifejackets in their possession. Praise for Mikey is just like that for Dean Del Mastro MP, a convicted criminal, Dean was given a standing ovation in Parliament by Herr Harper’s trained seals. Dean cheated during the 2008 Fed Election and the 2011 election as well. True Canadians like David Suzuki get picked up while Del Mastro, Mike Sona and Conrad Black are allowed to roam free. Those in the know are saying about the 2015 Election [ if the oilies actually ever permit us to vote ] Lyin Steve will pick up about five percent of the ballots by cheating, Robo Calls and voter suppression. The Republicanazis will supply workers [ paid for by the US oil monopoly ] to add to our Canadian Fascist Party stooges. The Repubs are in legal trouble in 7 States for vote rigging and voter suppression. In the recent US mid term election, the Republicanazis picked up Congress seats by cheating. The oilies and Harper have good teachers. These cases of cheating by the Repubs are winding their way through various Courts but the oil monopoly has enough money to buy every judge in the Country. The oilie riches are based on 5 things. In the 1920 the Republicanazis gave the oilies the right to form a monopoly [ illegal under US and Canadian law ]. Then the Repubs allowed the monopoly to engage in price fixing [ illegal under US and Canadian law ]. Both Canadians and Americans pay too much for gasoline under this price fixing scheme. The monopoly is stealing the tar from Alberta, not cleaning up it’s toxic mess and putting people in both Countries at risk for life and limb [ pipelines or railways ]. This because all the environment regulations have been set aside. Lastly, the American oil monopoly is buying oil, stolen from Iraq and Syria. And cheap oil from Russia and Iran, all being sold through Turkey. Little wonder the oilies can buy a Country like Canada. The act of stealing democracies by America is a well honed skill set. The American oil monopoly gave the California Republicanazis money under the table as they do with Lyin Steve here. The oilies then bought up the California press as they have done in this Country. Voila, poof, there goes democracy. If Canadians want to see what life will be like under the American oil monopoly boot look no further than California with its’ 35 million inhabitants. The State is governed by the white minority, funded by the oilies, policed by a militia and backed to the hilt by THEIR Nazi press. The drought in California is beyond human reach now as the place returns to desert status. Reagan’s bogus small Government pitch has caused this California chaos. Reduced government is a fraud. In that State Reagan’s snake oil is there for all to see. Since there is little water now, the Repubs are saying that the immigrant Hispanic farm workers [ maybe 3 million people ] will just have to pull up stakes and move back home. The rich in California [ John Waynes all ], are now demanding Washington come up with the money to alleviate their water woes. You know, there is nothing worse than having a $ 25 million estate without a swimming pool or a putting green. Republicanazis are real he men will you know, like Harper. They’re rugged. These free enterprise guys, just want the Government to stay out of their faces so they can go about raping and pillaging. That is until real life lands at their door as it always does. After which the Exceptionalists as in High River Alta. want to access taxpayers money. Whether those tax dollars came from blacks, Mexicans, Asians or Babs Black’s little people. The Republicanazis / Fascists never build anything. The righties have a great system. Never do anything to prevent catastrophes. Put taxpayer’s money into the response and recovery. Thus when the right wing screws up IT COSTS THEM NOTHING. In such a response and recovery mode the Republicanazis give most of the dough to their friends. Very little trickles down to the mob who really need the help. In other words, by not engaging in preventive stewardship, each disaster allows the Repubs to legitimize thefts from the public treasury. With each round of financial hits, the great and greedy gain more leverage to remove democracy from our midst. In a sense North Americans are funding their own funeral. But don’t expect you will get a fancy coffin. The rich and powerful will probably resist even pine boxes for you. The hard right spends all of it’s energies and our money imposing their right wing ideology on the citizenry. There are huge profits to be made. The right has always been slave friendly. The righties want nothing to do with preventing problems in a democracy as my Progressive Conservatives did for 42 years. Those were Ontario’s golden years. One day soon you are going to wake up and find that the American oil monopoly and Harper have stolen your Country out from under you. While you sit with your finger up your nose, reading the Nazi press and marking time. Just waiting to be taken in the middle of the night by the Royal Canadian Harper Police. Keep an eye on California, as it comes unglued. There lies the future of you and your family. All this thanks to Ronald Reagan. You too will become slaves, with NO SAY, just like Californians. Mike Harris’ Toronto amalgamation as presently constituted, will certainly keep the little people in their place as Lady Black is so fond of demanding. This Harris system will not change unless you DEMAND change. So far the bat just lingers on your shoulder. The citizenry, now fast asleep here is pulling a Detroit. Twiddling their thumbs. Our meager circumstances to-day are continuing to become ever more meager. We’re going nowhere fast. Carol Wilding, Head of the Toronto Board of Trade is stepping down after spending 7 years shooting blanks. Over that time Gridlock and the public transit system have gotten steadily worse. I have heard Wilding speak and read some of her stuff. This is a woman completely devoid of vision and she is societialy challenged. Some people think themselves important, thus thinking what they do is important. Others do important things and therefore are important. I wondered why Wilding was so incapable. Now I know, Carol is an accountant, Lord save us. Why were we stuck with a beancounter all of this time when we needed a visionary??? If you DON’T WANT SOMETHING DONE HIRE AN ACCOUNTANT. Way to go Carol. All those fat paycheques and we have nothing to show for it other than demands for more taxes. Let’s call it a draw and let Wilding get back to her books, good riddance. Let’s begin again to-day, this day. How do we reduce Gridlock, improve transit, make cyclists happy, make pedestrians comfortable, expropriate # 407 and lower carbon monoxide to a safe level??? Let me go right off the deep end and suggest. That 25 of Toronto’s new Councillors [ a majority / remember John Tory only has one vote ] get together and swear off politicking for a change and deal with the subject of Gridlock first and then the other evils mentioned above. I want to see Councillors engage in assembling all the information pertaining to Gridlock etc, [] LEAVING NO STONE UNTURNED []. Once this info is digested, various options can be arrived at and costed out. And then I suggest and it may come as a shock to you, put those options and costs before Torontonians at REAL public meetings. Not at the Canadian Club, which will soon be named the American Club. Let the people decide the route forward and then proceed to build, implement, cancel, enlarge, fire, banish or expropriate according to the wishes of the electorate. I know all of those who have been influenced by the Nietzsche Myth will recoil at the idea of trusting the mob with such decisions. They be self appointed Exceptionalist like Harper, Manning, Harris, Hudak, the University of Calgary, Danielle Smith, the Fraser * C. D. Howe * Macdonald Laurier Institutes, Tom Flanagan etc. It is important that the Nazi media will play absolutely NO PART in this exercise to tame Gridlock. Their complete focus is on telling lies. The press would just be banned from any participation whatsoever, as in totally ignored. Special interest groups would have absolutely no involvement. The details of the various options would be conveyed directly to the voters [ unfiltered ] in written form, on the net and with an information hot line set up to answer questions and explain the rational behind the options. These 25 forward thinking Councillors, would be involved in a Canadian first, that of ignoring the hard right, their destructive policies and the Nazi press. The Councillors would choose a spokesperson [ not John Tory ] and refrain from getting involved in the process as individuals. It is time to let the voters speak and the first step is to inform them about the Gridlock and transit options available. This ain’t rocket science ma. The whole procedure could be completed by Fall 2015, developing the options and voting BY THE PEOPLE, after which the MASTER PLAN would be implemented. Then before Christmas 2015 the renewal could be underway. What a terrific present under each tree. A $ 6 billion [ plus ] injection into the City’s economy which is now going for nought. And the avoidance of a $ 325 million BOGUS INVOICE from Gridlock consultants working for the old car hating City Councils, the bureaucrats and their insider friends. My God, this kind of thinking is unheard of. Torontonians actuall have a say in City affairs. I am getting weak at the knees just thinking about the idea. Please tell me is this too much democracy all at once? How will we stand up to democracy overload??? Hearing the truth every day may be too much of a stretch in such a short time? Actually asking what the citizens want to do after providing then with complete and honest information, makes sense. And offering them well researched options which they can study and question themselves. I mean it does boggle the mind. Holy Toledo!!!

The question is are there 25 Toronto Councillors who have the smarts and the guts to seize the moment??? To slay the Gridlock dragon and raise Toronto’s RPM rate??? Carpe Diem. Horace, in 23 BC said the future is unknowable, however we do have the here and now. Seize it while it is in our hands. Gridlock, no matter what you read in the Nazi press, is fixable this instant. We only need to begin. And the following is how we begin the process. It will take a little effort on YOUR part but it won’t cost you a single dime to get the Gridlock reduction program well on it’s way. You have already paid the PROVINCE AND THE CITY, a healthy down payment on grabbing all the low hanging fruit now, as in now as in now. At this moment YOUR attention is enough and YOUR money can remain in your wallet. We need to fire the Toronto Traffic Services management, especially Stephen Buckley, who has single handedly enhanced Gridlock. Steve is probably paid a bonus for creating longer and longer bumper to bumper traffic and more cycling lanes. Buckley, ever faithful to Jane Jacobs in now talking of reducing the width of street lanes to allow for more bikes. Buckley is an airhead American cycling nut, coming from employment with the City of Philadelphia. Yet another Yank who knows fuck all about Toronto. Why do we do this to ourselves? Canada is crawling with Americans telling us what to do and planning for OUR future? A publication in the USA had an article about the great American cities. Calgary was listed. Sir John A. Macdonald expressly built the CPR to hug the 49th parallel so that our militia could be moved to the Prairies quickly to turf out American squatters. Sir John feared for this Country and worked to see Canada remain whole. It would seem that to-day’s generation includes lukewarm Canadians has willingly handed this Nation over to the Yanks for cash. The Yanks get us free and clear without us having any say. Freedom and democracy hard won must be eternally guarded. In this Country our sentries are all taking money from the US oil monopoly or they are asleep. So too the bulk of the population. Parents will have to answer when their kids say, ” where were you when Canada became just another US oilie chattel “. Then again it may be that your kids are the last of our breed? Dying young gasping for breath or fried to a cinder? It has long been believed that some Neanderthals, particularly the small brain ones survive to this day. I think Buckley is one of them. Steve, in regards to Gridlock talks pure nonsense. Apparently Buckley’s traffic policy has been influenced by a book that Jeff Speck [ an American who lives in Washington ] wrote called a ” Walkable City “. When do Torontonians get into this debate??? Buckley is going to reduce traffic lanes and increase bike lanes. Earth to Steve, earth to Steve, this is Toronto in the great white north. Bikes are put away 5 months of the year. Thomson’s Globe and Tar is on board for fewer / smaller traffic lanes and more bike lanes. The Paper had a poorly written article on Buckley’s new initiative on Nov. 26/14. The piece was a good example of the kind of stuff written in high school. It was so bad I tried to background Oliver Moore and Elizabeth Church, the two writers of this article. Both of them are twenty somethings without any journalistic talents and who don’t have a clue about Toronto. I know that young people need to begin somewhere like being in charge of a broom and dustpan till they learn a business. I fear Phil Crawley is taking advantage of Oliver and Liz [ if any $s ]. Moore came to the Globe and instantly became an Editor on the Paper’s web site. Oliver wrote about stuff all over the map. Now he has become the Toronto Urban Transportation Reporter, again instantly. Oliver walks around the City or rides his bike. What can come out of this kid’s mouth that could possible help with our Gridlock problem. Nada. Elizabeth is hooked up with something called Muckrack.com. It is a New York Company called Sawhorse Media which recruits young writers and peddles their output to newspapers, I would guess on the cheap. Young, budding scribes are given exposure BUT EXPLOITED. And in this case Sawhorse Media and Phil Crawley are both taking advantage of her predicament. So if you bought the Globe on Nov. 26/14 and read this claptrap by Oliver Moore and Elizabeth Church [ neither of whom are listed as Globe employees ], you are none the wiser about Toronto or Gridlock. Mind you, Buckley did hold a series of meeting with stakeholders, like walkers, cyclists, the TTC, emergency measure and such. But it would seem that car owners, who make up 70% of the population of the City were not invited to the table by Buckley. What will it take for Toronto motorists to finally say enough is enough? This century??? Only then will Gridlock become a thing of the past. Thomson’s Globe and Tar can just smell John Tory’s $ 8 billion gridlock heist. And they want their share. Phil Crawley’s job is not to tell YOU THE TRUTH but to keep you comatose until Tory gets his chance to pick your pocket. The Globe will say nothing to prick this bonanza balloon. Stephen Buckley’s arrival is just a rerun of Jane Jacobs coming from New York City to destroyed our traffic / transit systems 30 years ago. Jane, 50 self absorbed people from the annex and the Toronto papers killed the Spadina Expressway and Subway, 20 years in the planning. Since then we have had no plan up until my plan. Stephen Buckley [ American ] is going to use Jeff Speck’s [ American ] New York blather to finish what Jane Jacobs [ American ] started, to Detroit Toronto. The National Post / Sun are owned by Steve Shapiro [ an American ]. The Editor of the Globe and Tar Phil Crawley is an Englishman. The Editor of the Star, Michael Cooke is another Englishman. Little wonder the papers in Toronto are irrelevant and fast going out of business. And taking our Toronto with them. We are surrounded by foreigners who KNOW NOTHING ABOUT TORONTO WHEN IT COUNTS. AFTER THEY DESTROY THIS CITY, THEY’LL ALL MOVE BACK HOME WITH FAT BANK ACCOUNTS. YOU HAVE A DECISION TO MAKE. TOMORROW, DO WE START TO REMOVE all the steeplechase obstacles Buckley, his pals and Council have put in place? Or do we let Buckley turn Toronto into ten thousand walking paths. My Master Plan has been jelling for 30 years. I intend to turn our roads back into 25 arterial roads and 9,999 local roads, doing away with Buckley’s PROJECTED labyrinth. If Stephen went back to Philadelphia and nobody was in charge, Gridlock would get worse. With Buckley on the job, Grilock will get worse quicker, and cost a ton for NOT ADDRESSING THE PROBLEM. John Tory says he needs more money. He had lots of fancy drawings done by his public relations people [ propaganda people ] but John in ACTUAL FACT has no plan. If he has one, I say, show it to us. Interestingly the word propaganda goes back to the 1600s and the Catholic Church. It was used to manipulate, intimidate and indoctrinate besides burning at the stake [ the last case of roasting people on the stake happened in Germany in 1835 / that is until Hitler 1940 /1945 and Herr Harper in Megantic in 2013 ]. In 1835 the Church used wood. Hitler’s crematoria used coal as fuel. Herr Harper uses Alberta Tar and Benzine to burn people alive. Megantic was just the first of Harper’s mass killings to come. The next could be Burnaby that burns or Calgary or Toronto or Montreal or St. John??? Edward Bernays [ 1891 / 1995 ], yet another German, came to the USA and was embraced by the right because of his belief in the Nietzsche myth, namely exceptionalism. If you decide all on your own that YOU ARE EXCEPTIONAL and are a leader of men / women, like say, Steve Harper, Preston Mannin, Conrad Black or Ezzie La Rant, you are just what the ultraright is looking for. They all believe that the majority [ maybe 80% ] in North America constitutes nothing more than an uneducated mob which was / is irrational and dangerous. And must be treated as such. This belief held by Harper, Manning and Black, is the same belief held by Henry L. Mencken, Ayn Rand, Walter Lippmann, Ludwig von Mises, Leo Strauss, Friedrich Hayek, Hitler, Republicans, Ronald Reagan and Margaret Thatcher. This is the same belief taught at the University of Calgary and the Manning Centre, both dedicated to regime change in Canada. Harper, Manning and Flanagan are examples of the cult of Exceptionalism as promoted at Calgary U. The Civitas Secret, Subversive Society, is also dedicated to the overthrow of democracy in this Country. CSSS is funded by the oilies and operates in the shadows as befits small men. Those who think very highly of themselves without justification. And when the bullets begin to fly they desperately search for a closet to hide in. Bernays used his uncle Sigmund Freud to promote himself. In the 1920s, Edward Bernays got hired by President Calvin Coolidge to handle Republican propaganda. But the word had gotten a bad name so Bernays changed the name of his job to public relations. The main focus remains the same to-day, tell lies, manipulate, intimidate and indoctrinate as with Herr Harper’s PMO public relations people. You see one of Steve’s PR people on the CBC almost every day telling lies. Edward Bernays laid down the propaganda system for the right almost 100 years ago and it is still alive and kicking. Money buys propaganda in David Thomson’s Globe and Tar as well as Steve Shapiro’s US Golden Tree National Post. In fact it has been revealed that TransNotCanada pipelines, a Company also owned by Wall St. engaged a US Nazi Public Relations firm in New York by the name of Edelman. Russ Girling, CEO of TransNotCanada, a man who LIES EVERY TIME HE EXHALES A BREATH hired Edelman to conduct a dirty tricks, guerrilla campaign to target / smear opponents of the Company’s pipeline projects. This just ups the ante. For 5 years the Star, Globe, Post and Sun have been smearing American oil monopoly opponents but doing it in the open. This Nazi Edelman media blitz to ruin the lives of Canadians who speak out compliments the campaign by Revenue Canada to target Herr Harper’s opponents. Richard Edelman was going to get down and dirty on behalf of Russ Girling and do it under cover. Like planting lies and destroying Babs Black’s little people from behind the curtain. Rick follows his father in the art of manipulation, intimidation and indoctrination as laid down by Bernays a hundred years ago. Dan Edelman plagiarzed Edward Bernays in the 1960s. This kind of anti democratic rat poison survives for 4 reasons, money, the great and greedy on the right, the ever subservient well paid press and criminals like Dan and Richard Edelman. This father and son team have, over the past 60 years worked profitably and hard to help destroy America. In my view Danny and Rick, you have succeeded along with the rest of the Sociopathic right. With the USA now on financial life support, over to you Richard? How does your Company survive in a Country where the people have no money? I know the answer. You move into Canada to pitch your dishonest shit for Russ Girling and the oilies. Rick Edelman is pitching the piping of the Black Death [ Alberta Tar mixed with Benzine / Molotov Bomb mix ] across the Country. Thereby undermining Canada’s democracy and putting the population at risk of frying like at Lac Megantic. Edelman operates from the SHADOWS too in return for a huge chunk of Girling / TransNotCanada cash. As well this Country’s Nazi media is in the pockets of Girling / Edelman as always, well paid for their Fifth Column, unCanadian activities. And yet some of you still buy the Star, Globe, Post and Sun??? Are you insane??? Propaganda and Public Relations are one and the same thing. Goebbels actually collected all of Edward Bernays book and fashioned the Nazi approach to mind bending on the basis of what the Republicans were doing in the 1920s. The Fascist’s fear of the mob as Nietzsche proclaimed them is firmly entrenched in the right wing mind. Hitler, the Republicanazis and Harper’s Fascists are indistingushable. Russ Girling and TransNotCanada are not really planning to move Alberta’s [] O I L [] to Eastern Canada as this Nation’s Nazi press, the savant journalists and the multitudinous advertising campaigning are claiming. TransNotCanada is going to pump the shiny black shit [ tar ] mixed with Benzine that blows up. This, through a 50 year old natural gas pipeline to the Atlantic coast to be delivered by tanker to Galveston Texas. The American oil monopoly is digging up the tar in Alberta expressly to ship it to their own underutilized heavy oil refineries in that Texas Foreign Trade Zone. After processing the tar and converting it to crude oil [ real non explosive oil ], it will be sold into the world market. Under American law Alberta’s Tar / Benzine can’t cross the US border from Foreign Trade Zones. The Yanks will never see a drop of gasoline made from Alberta’s Tar. But that is not the story you are getting from the Star, Globe, Post and Sun. Ignore the bomb trains and pipelines at YOUR peril. If more Canadians are going to be incinerated then let it be David Thomson, Paul Godfrey and Ezzie La Rant. If you don’t wake up and start paying attention, a raging inferno may be coming to a corner near your home. If Enbridge Pipe N0 # 9 at Bathurst and Finch blows up and wipes out your family and all of your neighbours, don’t ever ask, ” how could this have happen “? Just look in the mirror to see the answer, a king size sucker who believed the paid press propaganda, oops, Public Relations spin. This is the GREAT CANADIAN OIL HOAX. Apparently millions of Canadians have fallen for the US oil monopoly story that it is oil in them thar pipelines and rail tank cars. Our politicians, many leading citizens like Frank McKenna / Gary Doer and the Nazi press that are paid to keep repeating the word OIL. Can you imagine being paid thousands of dollars a week just to keep saying OIL, OIL, OIL, OIL, OIL and so on. OIL doesn’t blow up and burn people alive. Alberta Tar mixed with Benzine is a bomb mix and does blow up and kills people. Tar / Benzine was used in bombs dropped by the Zeppelins on London in 1915 /1917. More than 4000 such bombs were dropped. About 2000 English civilians were killed or injured in the 50 or so raids. What the Germans like about these bombs was the fact that the Benzine when detonated created a massive explosion and then with the tar alight it could burned for days. This was long enough to set homes and factories on fire. If people were drenched in burning tar they became human candles. Once the burning tar liquid, was on a person’s skin it can’t be removed. There is no hope. All Canadians and their families, living along a 100 year old rail line or a 50 year old pipeline are at risk of suffering a fiery death. Such a death will have been precipitated by the American oil monopoly, CAPP, Enbridge, TransNotCanada, Kinder Morgan, CPR, CNR, the Star, Globe, Post, Sun and CTV. Alberta Tar and Benzine was on board that train in Megantic. 47 people were turned into human candles by Herr Harper. Lyin Steve, a Psychopath, still says it was oil in those illegal DOT 111 tank cars at Megantic. A Coroner’s Inquest would have unearthed the facts about Megantic, I think Steve paid Pauline Marois off to avoid calling an Inquest. Interestingly, an Inquest has been called into the fire in a senior’s home in Quebec. But Harper 47 victims in Megantic perished for nothing, their ashes were quietly buried and the Nazi press expressed not a word of concern, paid to keep their mouths shut. It was Auschwitz all over again, with no respect shown by our Fascist Government. Simply dump human ashes in a hole in the ground without even having a name attached. Harper, the US oil monopoly and CP Rail took no responsibility for the Megantic deaths. If you and your family succumb to burns, it will be the potter’s field for you. Maybe in anticipation, we should dig a few burial pits along rail lines and pipelines to handle the next load of cinders. I was made aware of the Zeppelin raids on London by my Dad. He was a lad of 12 living in Barnes, south of the Thames. He watched the giant ships pass silently over at night. As I put this post to bed, the news revealed that the Toronto Police are becoming more aggressive with drivers who park on main streets during rush hour. Whoopee. John Tory is taking credit for this move as a means of combating Gridlock. It won’t, more severe ticketing to combat Gridlock is a pure pipe dream. As we might expect, big headlines followed in the Nazi press but this ticket trick is PR and absolutely useless in real life. I have crossed swords with John Tory many times in PC politics, as I crossed swords with Mike Harris and Janet Ecker. These people and others are responsible for the abysmal position of the current Ontario Fascist Party [ formerly PC ] find themselves in. Center of the political spectrum PCs like me don’t vote for Republicanazis. I spent 25 years as a minor political operative in Pickering for Frost, Robarts and Davis, Ontario’s golden years up to 1985. I saw how a very prosperous Province operated in those days. It doesn’t operate in that way any longer thanks mainly to the USA sponsored Miller, Harris ” the Yellow ” and McGuinty. Tory himself, was always a fuzzy thinker and his many failures as a politician are there to be seen on his record. John thinks he is important, so it follows that what he thinks he does is important. NOT. People WHO DO IMPORTANT THINGS ARE THE IMPORTANT ONES. Already, after listening to Tory it is clear that Gridlock will get even worse. Tory is taking Toronto down the road to ruin as he did the PC Party. Thus our transit system will remain a shambles even if you give Tory 8 billion dollars. This ticketing of parked cars on main streets during rush hour is such small ball. The Nazi press thinks this initiative IS SUCH A BIG STORY. A perfect example of the abilities of our current small brained newspaper scribes. Blather wins every time. Want blather buy a paper. Here’s the scene. Let’s say I park my Pathfinder, westbound on Eglinton Ave. at Cleveland Ave. This would be on the north side of the street just west of Bayview Ave. I lose track of time and witching hour of rush hour arrives. A cop tickets my Nissan but I don’t make it back to my vehicle for an hour. The cop has done his / her job, RIGHT? That satisfies John Tory, RIGHT, It gives the Nazi press low paid / no paid interns something useless to write about, something well within their talents, RIGHT? The ticket makes Toronto $ 300 bucks or so, RIGHT? Everyone is happy with a job well done, Right? Just swell wouldn’t you say??? But did this ticket stuff do anything to reduce Gridlock??? Well not really. Tory and the City Council want you to think they are dealing with Gridlock. But Gridlock and our poor transit system lend themselves admirably to extorting more taxes from you and endangering pedestrians and cyclists. If Gridlock is ever solved [ and it can be ] and we get a world class electric / elevated Skyliner transit system [ which we can have ], Kathleen McGuinty, Tory and the Councillors will lose that club they are now using on your heads to extort dollar. If things are going to continue to be screwed up? Then why not continue doing what we are doing, nothing and not spend a dime. In fact, doing nothing would allow us to send Stephen Buckley back to Philadelphia and we’d pocket his pay packet. I have discovered that when Stephen was in charge of traffic in that American City he increased cars fines by 50%. You can see where Toronto Council is going with this guy? They are going to keep you in bumper to bumper traffic, inhaling Carbon Monoxide and at the end of the day squeeze you white. THERE, you have been warned. Now back to my imaginary Eglinton Ave. rush hour ticket. While my SUV sat on the street for an hour, Eglinton was reduced to just one lane westbound for an hour. I have actually witnessed this. 50 vehicles stranded behind my vehicle, as well as 5 TTC buses backed up. I mean it takes a special group of incompetents to accomplish this. Just one incompetent on his own couldn’t create this much of a mess. All of those drivers, stuck behind my imaginary Pathfinder are wasting time on Eglinton, they’re not being productive, are missing time with their families and ruining their health sitting in a CO cloud. Tory, Buckley and City Council could care less. Neither does the Nazi press. For the people on the buses, sucking in CO, it is a long wait after working all day or going to school. Tory, Buckley, Keesmaat and the City Council still don’t care. And as usual the Nazi press doesn’t give a fig either. As long as the great and greedy pay the newsies to print lies and look the other way. Just think about the cops giving out another 249 three hundred dollar tickets like mine. Everyone is happy, especially Buckley, another $ 75,00 on his way to a new fine record. Personally I have no sympathy for drivers who park on main roads at rush hour, not Canada Post, Fed Ex, Staples, taxis or even Mr. Shredd-It. But I have concern for the thousands of drivers sitting bumper to bumper behind all these selfish characters. And the hundreds of bus and streetcar passengers sitting motionless behind 250 parked vehicles. Of course each of the people, thus inconvenienced would be sitting in a cloud of Carbon Monoxide [ the silent killer ]. Kathleen McGuinty has mandated CO detectors in all homes but she is ignoring the car CO in Toronto. Many times I have urged our grandstanding Medical Officer of health, Dr. David Mckeown to test Toronto streets for Carbon Monoxide pollution. No dice. Then City Council would have to abandon the Jane Jacobs Myth and start governing for all Torontonians rather than for just a few snail lovers. Rather than hand out useless parking tickets. [] [] [] Here is part of my fix and one of the things I have suggested in the past. On my giant map of Toronto I picked out about 25 major streets, in a grid pattern, which connect to Hwys 427, 401, Don Valley Pkwy and 407 when we expropriate the Hwy from the Spanish bandits. These Arterial roads will be 4 lanes from end to end, NO PARKING EVER / NEVER, the minimum number of traffic lights, left hand turns restricted to lighted intersections, synchronized stop lights, inbound on mornings and outbound a night and at a moderate speed limit. No bicycles will be allowed to use the arterial roads, crossing will be OK but not driving down them. If a cyclist is caught on an arterial road they’ll lose their bike for 2 weeks. There would be no point in speeding as the next light would catch the fast drivers. Steady as she goes will be the watchword. There will be red light and speed cameras. The Toronto Parking Ticket Fairies now spend all of their time on back streets and our leafy glades ticketing seniors and young moms. They never patrol the main streets that are lines up with commercial vehicles. This is part of Council strategy to improve the grip of Gridlock, little clusters of illegally parked vehicles. I would fire the management of Toronto Parking immediately and replace them with people who understand that they SERVE the City’s citizens, not the constant lust by Councillors for cash. The Council is afraid to be seen to raise taxes so they cheat by handing out Parking Tickets, many of them undeserved. It is called state sponsored theft. I would take a third of the fairies and turn them into Parking Enforcement Officers. The PEOs would patrol my 25 arterial roads night and day. If they encounter a parked car with a driver, the driver get a fat ticket and be told to move or get towed. If a car is sitting empty and the driver arrives, he / she is given a fat ticket, told to move or be towed. If a vehicle is parked, car or courier and there is no driver, the PEO calls immediately for a tow and writes out a ticket. If the driver arrives, it is too late after the tow call has been placed. He or she will be able to collect their vehicle at the compound for a fee, plus the ticket. Private tow trucks will be on call and on patrol. For the big trucks like Mr Shredd-It, movers and Staples we would have a couple of heavy lift tow trucks. Teaching selfish drivers not to stop on our arterial roads ever will make the city a lot of money, speed traffic and reduce Carbon Monoxide pollution. Buses and streetcars will be able to give speedier rides. Torontonians will become more productive, happier and healthier. Businesses will prosper and taxes will increase. City Council will no longer have to steal from the people to make ends meet. Add an electrified / elevated Skyliner system to this mix and many / most drivers will ditch their cars. Who would drive to Pearson when they can ride to the airport in 20 minutes for 5 bucks. We have to kill this Jane Jacobs Myth so firmly imbedded in the Toronto bureaucracy once and for all. In the doing we will be able to send Stephen Buckley back to Philadelphia and Christopher Hume, of the fast fading Toronto Star back to England. At their departures I will raise a glass and utter meaningfully, good riddance.

Despite being one of the richest groups in the City, the Board of Trade, made up of 12,000 dozy members, has proven to be entirely impotent, regarding Gridlock. In the Board we are stuck with a damp squid, when we need a skyrocket. The BoT has offered NO PLAN after a half dozen years. All the Board can say is Gridlock needs fixing and Torontonian should pay the tab, totally. Would you pay $ 5000 up front for a fridge that has yet to be designed? Another rich and powerful group in Toronto is the Canadian Club which should be renamed the American Club since that is where their sympathies lie. I was a businessman for 50 years, a Pickering Municipal Councillor and a minor worker in the Frost, Robarts and Davis Progressive Conservative Party. Across all these activities there was a general rule. If a particular approach didn’t work, we tried something else? If we couldn’t think of something else, then we stopped doing what we were doing. At least then we were not spinning our wheels and making things worse. The Board under Wilding was spinning its’ wheels AND ONLY MAKING THINGS WORSE. I listened to Carol Wilding and read some of the stuff she put out. It was pure ill informed gibberish. But one thing came across loud and clear. Wilding and the Board were firm in their belief that the citizenry here, should fork over even more money to solve Gridlock and Toronto’s many other difficulties. Something the public has already paid for many times. The Board does not offer any explanation as to how the people’s money is to be spent nor do they offer a plan. At least I DO HAVE A PLAN. In a sense, Carol Wilding kept saying, just trust us. Oh really. John Tory is strongly linked to the Board of Trade and the Civic Action Committee [ a group that seems incapable of any movement whatsoever than emptying your pockets ]. Tory’s line is the same, give me the money honey and I’ll get back to you someday. People like Tory THINK THEY ARE IMPORTANT. SO THEY THINK WHAT THEY DO IS IMPORTANT. PEOPLE WHO DO IMPORTANT THINGS ARE THE IMPORTANT ONES. We are stuck with so many people who think they are important and you must be forewarned. I have been doing research on Toronto Gridlock for years and at times sent off letters to politicians and the press in an attempt to join he debate. I never had a response. The insiders will have no truck with an outsiders like. It would cost them all to much money to solve Gridlock. About 5 years ago City staff reported that a study of Gridlock by their consultant friends would cost taxpayers about $ 325 million. It was at the time and is still to-day fucking outrageous. When I was on Pickering Council some of my colleagues would always push to hire a consultant for even the most minor matters. My response was, isn’t that what we elected to do??? Going the consultant route is a good cover for weak politicians. After spending public money on a consultant their info can be used as a trial balloon. If the voters don’t like the ideas put forward by the consultant the politician can run and hide and deny responsibility. It is far better to look for solutions and then take the public into your confidence. Saying something like, Jack and Jill, you have three options, what’ll it be? Five years ago, knowing that the City had yet to get serious about developing a plan for Gridlock and associated problems I cranked up my research on the subject. Define the problem [ a car hating council bent on closing the city down to traffic ] and you are halfway to solving that problem. I was also aware that John Tory, Carol Wilding of the Board of Trade and particularly the Star were shooting blanks on Gridlock. Not solving Gridlock is being used to extort more money from the taxpayer’s. This when the tools we need to speed traffic are already at hand. I began then in earnest, to draw all my gathered info together to develop a TORONTO GRIDLOCK MASTER PLAN. On Oct. 17 / 14 I wrote a post on Gridlock which was more comprehensive than my previous posts on this subject. My first move out of the starting gate was the creation of a big map of Toronto, something that is not easily obtainable. Since I learned map reading when I got my pilot’s license and since I have been driving / cycling this City for over 70 years Toronto via a map comes alive before my eyes. I can look at my map and visualize the intersections and stretches of roads etc., in the real. Carol Wilding repeated ad nauseam that Gridlock costs Torontonians $ 6 billion a years in lost revenues. The Nazi press repeats Carol’s $ 6 billion figure ad nauseam too but makes not a move to solve it. The papers make more money NOT SOLVING GRIDLOCK. IF THE PRESS SUPPORTED MY GRIDLOCK MASTER PLAN, IT WOULD COST THEM MONEY FOR TELLING YOU THE TRUTH. You would think such an enormous loss to Toronto would spur politicians at Queen’s Park and City Hall to take Gridlock more seriously? But no. The politicians, the grafters, the great and the greedy and the media have joined forces in yet another attempt to shake down the citizenry. Getting hold of your credit card once again is the easiest and most profitable route in terms of your obligation TO LOOKING AFTER THEIR INTERESTS. Many people, who study these things say we are going backward to a time when the masses served the interest of a small group of self appointed exceptionalists, the Sociopathic right. The Nietzsche Myth, an integral part of the Republicanazi creed is also taught at the University of Calgary. The centre for regime change in Canada. Never a day goes by when the Nazi press doesn’t mislead us with quotes from the Fraser Institute, Preston Manning, Gwyn Morgan, Canadian Taxpayer’s Federation, CAPP, Tom Flanagan and Calgary U. All funded by the American oil monopoly. Big Oil is nudging us back into the past when the masses were enslaved and freedom was nowhere to be found. It is in a sense. incremental enslavement, funded by our very own gasoline purchases. Let’s you and I not allow this to happen. On the screen right now is Gridlock. Let us not be deterred or our attention diverted by the Nazi media. Deny John Tory and Kathleen McGuinty any more money. Rather demand real action on Gridlock. THE FIXING COULD START TOMORROW.

MY TORONTO GRIDLOCK MASTER PLAN consists of dealing with 6 distinct areas.

[] 1 [] Carbon Monoxide [ CO ]. The Hwy # 401 corridor has CO levels above the safe limits for a 1/2 mile on each side of the highway. Tests show CO levels in European cities and now some American cities are beyond safe limits. Vehicular traffic, especially those powered with gasoline or diesel engines are being restricted in the EU and the US. Apparently the poisoning of Torontonians with car exhaust [ CO ] doesn’t register with our grandstanding, Medical Officer of Health Dr. David McKeown The first order of business is to immediately begin testing Toronto Carbon Monoxide levels and start the job of reducing Gridlock in the most CO affected areas first.

[] 2 [] Gridlock. Toronto has about ten thousand streets. I have selected 25 major streets [ N/S and E/W ] and designated them as Arterial Roads. They will be four lanes end to end. No parking, stopping, deliveries or couriers, ever / ever / ever / never. Any vehicle stopped on an arterial road will be towed, even Mr. Shred-It. The speed limit will be 35 mph, throughout. Speeders will receive triple fines and lose their cars for years ???. Cyclist will not be allowed on Arterial Roads, ever, never. Cyclists will have the other 9,999 streets to themselves. A cyclist will be able to cross an Arterial Road but not drive along it. Cyclists who ride on Arterial Roads will lose their bikes for 2 weeks. All unnecessary stop lights will be removed and left hand turns greatly restricted. The remaining stop lights will be synchronized, inbound in the am and outbound in the pm. Stop lights will be arranged in a new fashion, 4 phases. Stopped [ red ], proceed [ green ], left and right hand turns and pedestrian crossing on the green. Red light cameras will be installed at each intersection. Infractions on Arterial Roads will become VERY EXPENSIVE AND INCLUDE VEHICLE SEIZURES. The idea is to keep traffic moving at a reasonable rate taking into consideration the needs of cyclists and pedestrians.

[] 3 [] Pedestrians. Every Arterial Road intersection will have a safe time for pedestrians wherein there is NO VEHICULAR MOVEMENT either left or right. Any vehicles or pedestrians that disobeys the traffic signals will be ticketed. Within each 400 acres area [ I call them common ] between Arterial Roads, the right-of-way ranking will go like this, 1st – pedestrians, 2nd – cyclists and 3rd – vehicles. In some cases where Arterial Roads isolate communities, pedestrian overpasses will be built with elevators for the disabled or elderly.

[] 4 [] Cyclists. Since this activity in Toronto only lasts for 7 months each year, bikes must be accommodated and restricted to those months. What I mean is that trails and special bike paths will not be maintained in the winter. Cyclists will have unfettered access to all the roads within each 400 acre community block [ commons ] 12 months of the year, where the rules of the road apply. No blasting through stop streets without stopping. Again loss of the bike for two weeks. With each bicycling infraction the loss increases by two weeks. Pedestrian have the right to a safe walking environment everywhere in the City without dodging bikes. Right now cyclists on main roads use the sidewalks for THEIR OWN safety. But in doing so they endanger pedestrians. Sidewalks are for walking!!!

[] 5 [] Public transport. My plan takes a wholistic approach to public transit. I will not go deeply into the problems of transit in Toronto now. The details we can cover later. We’ll have time then to investigate more fully. The Star has outlined such problems in hundreds of articles without ever putting forth anything positive. Michael Cooke just keeps picking at the scabs. The Star desperately wants to be seen as relevant but is in fact irrelevant. But it cheaper for Michael to keep printing the same articles over and over, using low paid or no paid interns to try and fool the readers. This is young people abuse, they don’t have a clue what they are writing about. The many problems can be referenced to solutions as this plan goes forward. By the way, YOU ARE THE ONLY ONES WHO CAN ENSURE THIS MASTER PLAN GETS IMPLEMENTED. THERE AIN’T GONNA BE ANYONE ELSE GONNA DO IT. THE USUAL SUSPECTS, POLITICIANS AND GRAFTERS CAN’T MAKE ANY MONEY IF MY PLAN GETS IMPLEMENTED. SO THEY WILL PAY THE PAPERS, ESPECIALLY THE STAR TO UNDERMINE ANY EFFORT TO REDUCE GRIDLOCK. COLLECTIVELY, YOU WILL POCKET $ 6 BILLION, THAT’S THE BOARD OF TRADE ESTIMATE. I THINK THE SAVINGS COULD BE MUCH HIGHER. I DON’T THINK THE BOARD OF TRADE IS COMPETENT ENOUGH TO COME UP WITH SUCH A NUMBER. BASED ON WHAT??? YOU COLLECTIVELY, WILL ALSO SAVE A $ 325 MILLION DOLLAR INVOICE FROM THE CONSULTANTS WHO WORK FOR THE POLITICIANS, INSIDERS AND THE GREAT AND GREEDY. BUT YOU MUST REALIZE THAT BY EASING GRIDLOCK MANY OF THOSE CONSULTANTS WILL BE FORCED TO TURN TO FOOD BANKS TO SURVIVE. THE TORONTO WE HAVE TO-DAY IS A LOT DIFFERENT FROM THE CITY WE HAD 75 YEARS AGO, WHEN I WAS A BOY. The City firstly grew along the Lake. Then as the place expanded the population moved farther and farther north up Yonge St. Commerce fronted on Yonge St. [ 1925 ] and housing filled in either side right up to Steeles Ave. East and West of Yonge above Eglinton was all farms. The first subway was built to accommodate this reality. The development of housing expanded farther north, to St. Clair, then to Eglinton, then to Lawrence, then to Sheppard, then to Finch and finally to Steeles, both east and west of Yonge St. But both sides of the City were still Yonge St. oriented. If you wanted to travel anywhere on transit you had to get to Yonge St. and the subway. Yonge St. is like the trunk of an Xmas tree with all the branches going east or west. This scheme has disadvantaged both the Rexdale and the Scarborough ghettos. This is where most of our working people live. Unemployment is over 12% [ down Yonge St. the unemployment rate is 6% ] and school dropout numbers are higher in the ghettos. These people can’t get out to get to jobs. And yet the Eglinton Subway now under construction goes from nowhere to nowhere. It is being built to accommodate all the new condos going up along Eglinton where developers have bought up the street frontage. This criminal act continues because the politicans, Board of Trade, insiders and movers and shakers continue to be Yonge st. and old Toronto oriented. Toronto actually has two centres, downtown and the Airport. The Ontario Legislature has been slow realizing this. Only now with the Pan Am Games coming, did McGuinty step up to the plate with an Airport-Union link. Dalt is using old diesel locomotives, they will pull old carriages on 100 year old tracks via a pretzel like route to Pearson. Ideally suited to 1950. It will be privatize by the Liberals after the games and the new owners will get a publicly funded subsidy until the cows come home. AND JUST TO THINK, YOU PUT THESE NINCOMPOOPS INTO OFFICE. The Nazi press was paid a lot of money to pull the wool over your eyes as regards Gridlock and the Airport-Union Link. The 2014 Civic election proves my point. Rexdale and Scarborough have become ghettos in this Mike Harris monstrosity designed dysfunctional City. Mel Lastman’s Sheppard Ave. subway is a joke transportationwise, built to please Mel’s business friends. It is underused and a continual drain on taxes. The Eglinton Ave. subway, now under construction by Metrolinx, as said, goes from nowhere to nowhere. McGuinty authorized its’ construction to benefit Liberal insiders and condo developers who are buying all the frontage along Eglinton for peanuts. The taxpayers will pay mightily for this subway and the condo builders will reap all the rewards. Typical McGuinty. Some City? All the while the residents of Rexdale and Scarborough, who pay big taxes are being left out in the cold once again. This recent October 2014 election which saw Tory elected as Mayor shows a divided Toronto. The forgotten residents of Rexdale and Scarborough [ the majority of the 44 wards ] want no part of Tory and his elite friends. The great and greedy want to use the City taxes to pursue their own goals, exclusively. The pattern of ward support for Tory exactly mirrors the most affluent areas of the City. Poor John is a puppet of the rich. The Star would never tell you that. But a new approach to public transit has the potential to quickly right many of the wrongs of the past. And level the playing field for all concerned. That is how things are supposed to work in a democracy. The Neanderthals like Tory, Carol Wilding, Board of Trade and John Honderich of the Star, those who have gotten us into this mess have to be tossed in the ash heap and ignored. And new visionary thinking has to be injected into this critical situation. There is not a moment to lose. My Plan means everyone loses a little and on the other hand everyone gains a whole lot. Armed with my W. S. Churchill style map and my knowledge of this fine City of ours my first task was to find a rapid transit route around Toronto that does not conflict with vehicles, bikes and pedestrians. From this exercise two important facts emerged. The track for the Skyliner has to be elevated and electric. And this route has to encircle the City much in the same way as the London England transit system does. It’s the wagon wheel approach. In Toronto this would mean that Union Station is the hub. The current Yonge Subway and the GO routes are the spokes running outward and the new Skyliner would be the rim, encircling the City, intersecting all of those spokes. Six years ago my Son James and I had the opportunity to do work for the former Mayor of London UK, Ken Livingstone, on cooling the 6 deep tunnel Underground Subway systems. We became painfully aware as we progressed on Cooling the Tube of just how antiquated Toronto transit is by comparison. James and I solved the mystery of the overheated Tube system but as we were preparing to present our proposal Livingstone was defeated by Boris Johnson. During our research we found that contractors were selling useless cooling gadgetry to Transport for London, that had authority over the entire system. Our proposal would have cut all of those bogus contractor’s AC gadget sales. However our ideas did not resonate with Johnson. Boris preferred to follow the path that McGuinty trod, that of rewarding his friends. Boris is all for screwing and endangering the riders. It would seem that human nature is alive everywhere in some, especially in politicians. They cheat, lie and steal from the public purse and pay the media to cover your tracks. The London Tube continues to get hotter just like the planet and Global Warming. The Underground has reached a tipping point. If there is an accident underground, say on the Bakerloo Line, 900 passengers will have 14 minutes to get out before their life forces begin to slip away. These passengers will have to walk single file, on a gravel surface on one side of the Subway cars for possibly a half a mile. On the other side is the hi voltage rail. But Johnson was and is more interested in how much money his friends are making than in the health and safety of Londoners. But they elected Boris, so if the Tube fries some of them, at least they will know who is responsible by looking in the mirror. We have the exact the same scenario in Toronto, the politicians, insiders and the press are making TOO MUCH MONEY NOT FIXING GRIDLOCK AND TRANSIT. They will not give this beanfeast up until YOU RIP THE TROUGH FROM OUT OF THEIR VERY HANDS. In London UK the routes through the City, across the City and around the City are limitless. When my Master Plan is fully revealed, Torontonians should play a little game. They should look at my map, think of their present location and then all of the places they’d like to go. I defy anyone to find they will be inconvenienced. Using my WSC map I searched for rights-of-way which would allow the Skyliner to travel from the end of the Bloor Subway in the east [ two tracks ], to Scarborough Town Centre, to Malvern, across the top of Toronto using the Finch Ave. utility without the Enbridge No # 9 pipeline, through Rexdale then out to the Pearson Station. What I foresee is a person at Scarb. Town being able to get to the airport in about 20 minutes for under 5 bucks. Two parallel elevated tracks would come out Pearson to link with the main line. It would go down through Weston to Union Station with convenient stops along the way, like Eglinton, Bloor etc. The Skyliner would be an everyman / everywoman service. To hell with the public forking over dough to accommodate only the great and greedy on the Pan Am Airport Link. There would be another two track Skyliner system which would travel on legs, up the Don Valley from the Bloor subway at Castle Frank, it would intersect the Mel Lastman Subway at Shepard and then travel up to the Finch Skyliner Station. This Don Valley Skyliner would ease congestion on the Yonge Subway. I have tried to encorporate the systems we have to-day, only making minimal changes. I’m thinking of asking Frank Gehry to design the modular, elevated stations, towers and trackways. These modular stations could be built in the abandoned auto plants in Windsor. The towers and trackways could be fabricated in the abandoned auto plants in Oshawa. I see all of the employees of the new TTC and GO [ that would operate the Skyliner system ] as being unionized. I see all of the procurements for the new TTC / GO / Skyliner system only coming from union shops and unionized companies. I feel that the $ 325 million budgeted by Toronto City Council to hire their friends, the consultants, would provide a hefty down payment towards the cost of this cutting edge Skyliner system. This system would come in on time and under budget, that is my battle cry. All that is required of you now is to educate yourself and then put your shoulder to the wheel. I THINK YOU CAN DO THAT???

[] 6 [] Highway # 407 Expropriation. Did YOU know that the highway corridor # 407 occupies belongs to YOU. Mike Harris leased # 407 to Spanish bandits for 99 years by secret agreement. I can’t imagine any Canadian politician, honouring their obligations to the electorate, signing an agreement which gives away the rights of Ontarians in return for money to pay for his personal, dishonest political mistakes. I can’t imagine an elected official doing such a deal, which goes beyond covering his ass, that is so detrimental, so health threatening and so costly to the public. I don’t have to imagine because Harris did just that. I don’t accept that a single MPP has the right to enter into such a lop sided agreement, even if he is the Leader of a political party. Recently it was revealed that the Province [ us ], has put over $ 105 billion into # 407 and the bandits took control of it for only $ 3.5 billion. Harris needed money so badly to cover his tracks. Harris need the deal to happen quickly before word got out. Harris signed a deal with more holes in it than a Swiss Cheese. I have come upon information that says, in his haste Harris, signed an illegal agreement which provides # 407 with special rights and privileges, beyond those of the citizenry. Mike created a country within a Country. Municipalities and private owners along # 407 have no rights. # 407 can trespass on their property on a whim, to change land use or remove what it decides is disadvantageous. # 407 in not considered a Queen’s Highway, although the land belongs to the people. Interestingly # 407 is a Queen’s Highway for the purposes of Ontario’s electrical system. The highway is also considered to be under the Queen’s purview for purposes of the OPP. I take that to mean the OPP covers a private highway as if it was a public highway at low or no cost. Additionally, any fines levied by the OPP are shared with the bandits. The citizenry should be up in arms over this secret deal. Mike ” the Yellow ” Harris, sold Ontarians out for a mess of pottage [ a story from the Bible in which Esau sells his birthright for a bowl of pea soup ]. Mike sold OUR BIRTHRIGHT for a bowl of what? But WE didn’t even get the pea soup. He escaped the wrath of the people of this Province because the press was paid to cover for him. Even with the media taking his money, Mike was afraid to face the voters. Harris bolted before the details of this deal and his hidden debt became public. His actions are quite understandable. Sociopaths on the right have a pattern of behaviours which is consistent. At the first sound of gunfire they run and hide. To the 15% of Canadians who pay homage to the Republicanazis, the rest of the people in this Country are considered a mob. But on the matter of running away, the Prime Minister of this Country dove into a closet in Parliament at the first sound of gunfire. Now Herr Harper likes to do all this soldierly stuff and wear phony uniforms. But his involvement with the military is limited to tin soldiers. I have written many letters to my former PC Party colleagues, McGuinty, MPPs, other interested individuals and the papers, especially the Toronto Star. I never had a single response. When Sir Dalt became Preem I wrote to him on two pressing matters. Firstly on the matter of the plight of Ontario Hydro which Mike Harris had thoroughly disfigured. I had warned Harris that if he proceeded with the sale of Ontario Hydro he would be driven from office. Mike did and he was. When McGuinty took office I urged him to fix hydro and offered my expertise. Copies of these letter went to the papers. I said to Dalt, if you don’t deal with the electrical system it will eat you like it did Mike Harris. I got NO RESPONSE FROM ANYONE. The papers showed absolutely no interest in the KW mess in Ontario. The media was getting paid too much money by the nukies to be interested in Lady Black’s little people, you and I. The upshot of Dalt’s failure to fix the wounded Hydro beast was? Because his Liberal insiders were making so much money. Sir Dalton did a Mike Harris and ran away to hide, a reviled man. For about a year after McGuinty shut down our Legislature and stole our democracy, he was hiding in a closet at Harvard University in the USA. Reporters went to Harvard to interview the panty waist Preem but they could not find him. I think our Nazi media was paid off to not look too hard. The Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, David Onley played stooge to McGuinty and facilitated the illegal closure of our Assembly. I wrote about the illegal shuttering of the Legislature to the press but they were not interested in the travails of 35 million Ontarians who had democracy torn from their hands. The people have put themselves in the hands of Sociopaths, bent on cheating, stealing and lying. I attempted to get a copy of the secret Harris / Hwy # 407 Agreement from McGuinty. I offered to go through the documents for Dalt FOR FREE. This to find the loopholes left by Harris in his haste to get his hands on cash. After 50 years in business and as a Pickering Councillor I am pretty good at reading contracts. Because of the fact that the # 401 Hwy corridor is awash with Carbon Monoxide, so much so that it is above the safe limit, I was concerned enough to write McGuinty AGAIN. Same cold shoulder, no response. Constant breathing of CO especially affects the health of babies, the young, old and infirmed [ CO can cause asthma, heart disease, chronic Bronchitis and lung cancer ]. We are suffering all this ill health for what purpose??? Because it allowed Mike Harris to cover his ass and the Spanish bandits to make a piss pot full of money. My dear Torontonian, that is how much you and your children count in to-day’s world. Kathleen McGuinty’s Liberals and David McKeown will not test the City for Carbon Monoxide. If the extent of CO in Toronto was revealed to the public it would require the Government to do something about it, like expropriating Hwy # 407 for public health reasons. I would also require City Council to stop playing Jane Jacob’s games and get serious about Gridlock. We need to take back Hwy # 407 and route all truck traffic around to the north of the City. When a gasoline or diesel engine is running at speed it is very efficient and meets Federal emission guidelines. When vehicles are sitting bumper to bumper the pollution level is TIMES FOUR. Each year a few drivers die from CO sitting in traffic So Ontario’s Hwy # 401 is up there with Alberta’s tar sands in terms of destroying this planet. And the dangerous Carbon Monoxide levels on Hwy # 401 exist only because a small number of people, the Liberals, the Fascist PCs, insiders and the great and greedy make too much money keeping the status quo. I call these people Sociopaths, because most of them have parents, grandparents and children. Apparently, even the health risks to their own flesh and blood are not enough to make them cease and desist from poisoning Torontonians, Ontarians and Canadians. My Toronto Gridlock Master Plan aims to deal with such problems. I HAVE FIRSTLY SOLVED THE GRIDLOCK. Namely, thousands of traffic barriers and impediment installed by a Jane Jacobs, car hating City Council. My first move would be to dismantle or remove such impediments. There may be other concerned citizens out there who have solutions to Gridlock but I have yet to hear of any in the media. There may be other plans to reduce Gridlock floating around in the ether but you can be sure such new thinking will never appear in print in the newspapers. Putting fini to Gridlock would cost the Star, Globe and Tar, Steven’s Golden National Post, the Mulroney Sun, CTV and Global waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay too much money. I have said it before and will say it again. Many peoples have gone extinct throughout history. There is a common thread running through each disappearance. A corrupt or incompetent leadership, which we have. A dishonest press, which we have in spades. And a docile public which seems to be becoming more evident each passing day. What will it take for the citizens of this Country to take back control of their lives and the future of their offspring??? My answer is, I don’t have a clue as to that tipping point? I fear there are far too many in the population, who will not become alive to the dangers posed by the American oil monopoly and Harper closing in on us, until they hear the clang of the concentration camp gates closing behind them or when they are struggling for breath because of Carbon Monoxide poisoning or lying in the burn unit with 80% of their body black from burning Alberta Tar and Benzine. In each case, it will be well after the bell has sounded. At that point the damage and pain caused to all will be beyond recall.

Although my comments on Gidlock are being well received on the net, the establishment with the backing of the Nazi press continues to claim, either Gridlock can’t be fixed or Gridlock will cost billions of dollars to fix. Since savant copyists or low paid / no paid interns are tasked with doing this copy for the papers on the Gridlock, their schizophrenic writings are perfectly understandable. What appears in the press are articles meant to confuse, mislead, muddy the water and perpetuate anxiety. This is best done by people with no brains. So the actual information appearing in the papers is of little consequence as the whole exercise it aimed at misleading the public on the one hand and extracting billions from the public purse at the same time. Over the last 6 years I have created a clipping file on Gridlock etc. It is now a foot high, half of it from the Star. Hundreds of thousands of words has appeared under John Honderich’s leadership. All of these articles together have not moved the ball down the field a single yard. But there is no downside to publishing vapid copy for Honderich. The Star is being very well paid to back and fill as John has done for many years. This campaign of deceit is intended to convince Torontonians to eventually cave in and agree to pay higher taxes to Kathleen McGuinty, John Tory and the Toronto Board of Trade. In other words the extortion and the screwing will go on and not change Gridlock a single bit. Firstly, if I were YOU I’d take everything that Kathleen, John and the Board of Trade says with a grain of salt. Further I would stop buying the Toronto Star or go on their website. Further than that, I would stop frequenting advertisers who place their ads in any of the Star’s publications. Having been in business, I cannot understand a company supporting a newspaper bent on bankrupting our society and destroying our democracy? Destitute people don’t buy papers nor do they buy merchandise. Michael Cooke, has turned my beloved Star into a rag of a paper which spews out yellow journalism in all its’ classical meaning. Cooke tries to convince us that he cares about Torontonians. Michael doesn’t……….. He cares only about making money for the shareholders, at your expense. Don’t let Michael Cooke / the Star mess up your mind on Gridlock. We can and we will defeat this Council caused, monstrous tempest in a teapot. Inflicted on us by some politicians and few people who are making way too much money dragging their feet.

From John Tory, to Toronto Council, to the self inflated talking heads / PR people, to the TORONTO BOARD OF TRADE, to the Nazi press, I say the time for chit chat has ended. What is needed as regards Gridlock is positive action immediately. It will hereafter be very clear to the 70% of Torontonians who own vehicles that all those LISTED ABOVE who continue to blather rather than act, are part of the Gridlock problem. Meaning that their tanks are empty and they have nothing further to offer. Take my advice, you should flick off their switches. That goes for the newspapers too. If the Star, Globe, Post and Sun continue to ride the surf on the Gridlock, stop wasting time reading their elite, paid for news. And begin to absorb the fact that this Gridlock was created by the City Council itself over a span of 30 years. My point is that the Gridlock blight Council giveth to us, WE CAN REMOVETH. BOTH QUICKLY AND CHEAPLY. WHEN DO WE START? TOMORROW?
